Went here more on hope than expectation as good dining in airports is not our norm. Reality however was a triumph. Very good Spanish menu. Fast service. Paella was very good. Likewise croquettes. Good value. Authentic setting. Rate highly.

This gem is hidden on the floor below the airport Hilton - which means convenient. The waiters could not be more gracious - they speak enough English but remember this is Mexico. If you have enough time between connecting flights, the Casa Avila restaurant is the best option you have without leaving the airport. With a very good service, and a great kirchen, you will not be disappointed. All food is excellent, but the duck and the "paella" are easly the best main courses in the menu. Enjoy!
