great flavors, lovely location, great service

This shop has great flavors of ice cream and the staff was very patient with me as they explained what some of the flavors were that I didn't recognize like Cajeta ( similar to dulce de leche ). The location across from a plaza/park was fun for people watching and we really enjoyed what we ordered

If you're looking for a nice, small dessert after lunch or dinner in the area, this is a wonderful little stop. $20 for a small cone, $24 for regular, and small is actually small, which I liked. We had Arroz con Leche, Rompope and Vainilla, all got two thumbs up. Bring cash, no cards accepted.

The ice cream isn't particularly rich or creamy. The flavors are very typical -- nothing creative or innovative or new. The locale is fantastic though, the 50s diner decor is great, and there's always a line out the door because of its predictable goodness...

This is a very popular Ice Cream parlor at a great location in Polanco. the quality of their product and the location makes it a busy place on the weekends. Service is relatively fast though. they have two main lines of ice creams, one cream based and the other more of a flavord ice based. they have a nice variety... More

This ice cream parlor chain has more than 65 years old! The original one is at Colonia Condesa. The best one is the lime sorbet, it always has season specials, and they are just as if you were eating the fruit! If you happen to eat in some of Polanco restaurants do not miss neveria roxy!

In many Polanco restaurants desserts have become too expensive so, if you have the time, you should come to Roxy for very tasty ice cream or a water based "nieve" . Plenty of flavors you will have a hard time deciding what to have. I strongly recommend pistachio , zapote , guanabana , mexican flavors that it will be hard... More

Went for a long walk and decided to have ice cream for dinner. Neveria Roxy in Polanco is across the street from Lincoln Park, a delightful place for long walks. After three or four laps, I decided that I could consume some calories and had two scoops: one of coconut and one of tangerine. Both were delicious. The place is... More

Great icecream...wouldn't make it on my top ten of the city, simply because it's icecream, but they have a good choice of flavors, and the portions are on the smaller side, so it can be enjoyed at any time of the day...even before dinner!

Roxy is the perfect old-school ice cream shop, with a 60's look, operating in one of Mexico City's most beautiful parks. The ice cream is great and the experience of going for an ice cream and then a walk is just perfect there.
