Great neighborhood restaurant!

We walked by here the other evening and decided to come back for dinner. Cordial greeting...yes, we're tourists and my Spanish is not very good. Our server was courteous and attentive, but his English abilities matched my Spanish so we got along fine. Ordered a great Malbec and we started... read more

It's really a shame because they bake some good pastries, they are tasty, unfortunately the service and the ambience are not worth the attitude of all the staff, from the host to the waiters.

Although Patagonia is an Argentine style restaurant it serves a wide range of local food. Located in the residential neighborhood of La Condesa, the restaurant is situated on the corner and is surrounded by a large terrace. We ate there on two occasions and had pasta, chicken and fish that were all delicious as was the lava chocolate cake. The... More

Nice place for a good Argentinian style steak. Staff used to be nicer. This time we only got paper napkins. Attention to details is on a decline. Try it for the food.

This place used to be one of my favourites, it has a great terrace and was a great alternative to the more expensive steak houses in Condesa and Polanco. Unfortunately it seems they have let that success go to their head as we had dreadful service and the quality of the food has declined drastically. Granted the place was packed... More

We were staying nearby at Hotel Maria Condesa and went for a Sunday stroll looking for food. By chance we rounded the corner where Patagonia's patio tables stretch around both sides. It looked like the place. Great chicken enchiladas with tomatillo salsa, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, crepes, fruit, assorted breads and pastries -- it all looked good. And it... More

The bread was stale. My "typical"Argentine drink was undrinkable. The vegetables were very greasy and the steak was unpalatable. We had to ask many times for water and for salt and pepper. The waiters were rude. I can't think of anything good to say about the dining experience.

Lovely location, there were six of us dining inside at the back of the restaurant . Service was very slow and the meals when they finally came very disappointing. There were six of us, four had various steaks, I had the seared Tuna which was frozen and the worst Tuna I have ever been served anywhere. Parts of the meal... More

If you happen to be in the Colonia Condesa area, Go eat there! The bread an the bruchetta, they give you before you order, was delicious! I ate pasta al pesto, it was amazing! Service also great. Prices all right.
