The grasshoppers were a bit unusual having had them for the first time but they brought it as a side fortunately.

Went here with my wife for our 3 month anniversary, after having visited previously for a business dinner. They really nailed everything. It is quite pricey so I was on the watch to see if I was getting what we paid for. And we did! I tried a duck mole dish and my wife a red snapper dish, and they... More

I tend to be a bit more of a traditionalist when in search of Mexican food however one of my customers selected this establishment for a dinner. The decor is slick and the service very good. The food, well I struggled a bit in that there was not an English menu and my Spanish is nonexistent. We started off with... More

Not surprisingly, Mexican restaurants aboud in Mexico, but this one is the best. Definitely high end (don't go there if you expect a bargain). Reservations required, since it is often sold out. The tequila and mezcal list is huge, and the dishes are highly creative, all based on authentic Mexican ingredients (often quaint, always delicious). The décor is tacky, but... More

I went on a business lunch to this restaurant and was extremely impressed with the overall service and presentation. From the moment we walked in, we were treated well. The drinks are excellent and even the bread was varied and delicious. I had the soup with squash blossoms and it was light and flavorful. I then had the chicken breast... More

We were so impressed with the food here. First rate flavours and real food. We actually left the restaurant feeling full after a 3 course meal. The cuisine is very innovative and haut-couture without taking away from the real flavour. The black mole is so delicious and so is the coriander cocktail....so unique and refreshingly tasty. The service was pretty... More

Beautiful simply decorated restaurant in the Polanco section of Mexico City. The restaurant inside is small but super elegant, the staff was superb. Our waiter was very patient, gave suggestions and was extremely patient with all of our questions, since we didn't understand many of the words on the menu. The chef came twice to our table to ask us... More

As a vegetarian, there was only one dish I could order: enchiladas. I found them kind of sweet, which I don't care for. I tried all of the desserts and liked the coconut/pineapple flan best. My colleagues agreed. The presentation of the appetizers, dinners, and desserts were fantastic and when I left, I was uncomfortably full. The ambiance is lovely... More
