Not the best within the family

The food is very good, but somehow less scrumptious than at the branches in Bogotá or Santiago de Chile (I have not been to Lima), especially and surprisingly the ceviches. This is a place for a leisurely meal, as dishes are slow to come out. Service is good but can be awkward at times. There are... read more

The best restaurant, family's favorite. Delicious food, great service, pricy but worth it. It's an excellent experience from beginning to end

Having dined at Astrid y Gaston in Lima, I had some high expectations for this one in Mexico City - given the quality of the food we have eaten here...unfortunately it feel a bit short. This was for an anniversary, and so expected a wonderful experience taking us back to that food of Peru. The set-up in the restaurant was... More

Food is good, service is deficient, the head waiters don't understand service, they think they are the clients. I would not recommend it.

This Peruvian Restaurant is absolutely amazing! The restaurant is in one of the best parts of the city, located in Polanco, in Masaryk Street. Don't forget to eat the ceviche, the delicious three days pig, the land and earth rice and for dessert the sensible sphere; is a chocolate sphere, with ice cream and raspberries in the inside, and chocolate... A lovely room and comfortable seating . I was recomended the house speacality Blackcod with shrimp on risotto The cod was way over cooked , very chewy, when I complained they took it away, shortly after returning with a dish a third of the size with almost raw cod. A very dsapointing experiance , there was also a lanuage barrier... More

Located in Polanco, very closed to Masaryk Ave, this place will get you to a nice culinary to Peru. A bit expensive but the quality of food is worth it. Black cod with shrimps my top choice together with a nice Peruvian ceviche!

The food is great, excellent service and price is reasonable. This is not your typical in & out restaurant. This restaurant is a place to enjoy the great Peruvian food and atmosphere. The ceviche was very tasty as well as the beef lomo. Would definitely go back to this great restaurant.

Whenever I find a Peruvian restaurant somewhere in the world I visit it and look for that incredible Peruvian flavour which has accompanied me since I first set foot in that realm of the ancient Incas 40 years ago. Rightfully the Peruvian cuisine today is considered one of the best in the world and Peru has only recently again been... More
