A possibile choice if you are staying the area

Well appointed, comfortable, and yes, ambiance too. More so than other French restaurants in the area. Service was very good. Escargot could use some work (additional garlic, parsley, and a good butter). The Baja oysters were good, not great. The standouts here were the well prepared fresh... read more

This restaurant located in the Hotel Area of Polanco has the perfect balance of ambience and superb food. I have been several times @Lipp and have always experienced an extraordinary meal. Don't miss the tuna tartare, the onion soup, the duck confit and the chocolate souffle. This options can be escorted by a magnificent option within Lipp's wine cellar.

We loved the professional service and attention at this restaurant. My personal favorite was the red snapper special. Apparently, Lipp offers this only on weekend evenings. It is a huge fish that is encrusted in salt and baked for many minutes. Our two waiters removed the crust at our table and de-boned this fish at the table. Good show. Yes,... More

If you are staying at the JW Marriott this is a very convenient place for dinner. We had a very nice dinner/drinks on our first night in Mexico City. My husband and I had steaks that were cooked to perfection and were served with potatoes of your choice, we had several drinks that were well served. The atmosphere that night... More

The brunch is fantastic! Food: the quality is good, and you could try an escalope of foie gras goodly cooked. Wine list: interesting and complete for tipe and country. The sommelier should be more prepared. Service: good Price: aligned to the quality.

The service is excellent, no complaints there. Food...well, it was good, not great. Ambiance is good. If you are staying here and don't want to search for a restaurant, this is a good choice, not so sure that it is worth a trip through Polanco area traffic to eat here, however.

I ate at the bar each evening and was provided outstanding service with excellent food. The restaurant allows you to sign to your room at the JW Marriott next door.

I enjoyed fresh fruit, but the breakfasts look very nice. Many politicians eat here and it the place to be seen!

I ate at this restaurant twice during my stay and it was amazing. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I ordered a steak on my second visit, and it came with cheddar mashed potatoes that were so amazing. I've never had potatoes that tasted like that. The steak was cooked to perfection and even came with a peppercorn sauce that only... More
