We selected the seven course tasting menu. Grey seems to have been the color of the evening, as almost everything on the plate was grey or a shade of grey. The fois gras was grey. The tuna was grey/pink. The pork was grey/white. There was no hearty meat included at all. The amuse-bouches was cream cheese piped into a pastry.... More

Biko has been among world's best restaurants for several years. May be because its trend of repeat chef Adriá's El Bullí. I went to celebrate my girlfriend birth. Ambience is sophisticated, service not enough good, specially of its Manager which ego is High. You can order a tasting menú or a selection of the dishes. We went for the dishes.... More

This is a restaurant of my wish for long and finally I made it a dinner. I tried the Menú de Degustación con Armonización. I have to say the food was all delicacy, well selected, designed and prepared, and the wine also. I was especially impressed by the soup and the beef, really tasty!

What a delight with welcoming attentive staff who explained each dish. We had the gastronomic tasting menu which were small parcels of delight but plenty enough for me but if you are hungry you may need a little extra. The tastes were divine with interesting mixtures and beautifully presented. Make sure you make a reservation.

After reading about this famous restaurant in Mexico City we decided to try it ourself to decide if it deserves to be on the top 50 restaurants in the world. We arrived early, around 8pm and we were received by all the staff with a smile, the menu is divided in several sections, depending on how you want to eat... More

I went for lunch and had the tasting menu paired with wine and I found the whole meal underwhelming. My favorite parts of the meal were the amuse bouche, the foie gras, and the little cookies they served with the coffee at the end of the meal. The dinning room while lovely was little overly formal for me.

We had a booking on a Tuesday night and I have to say, having read the reviews, I was a little reserved about what to expect. I shouldn't have worried. The service was impeccable and they were exceptionally professional (for someone that's worked in high end corporate hospitality for over 10 years it matches up to some of the world's... More

We had a great meal with the tasting menu. We opted not to do the pairing, but ordered a bottle of wine instead. English translations were ok, but some of the details were missed in translation to English. Atmosphere was modern and overall the experience was very enjoyable.

I was soo excited to go to Biko because it was on the list of the best restaurants in South and Central America. Actually out of ten restaurants Mexico City had 3: Biko, Pujol and Quintolin. The premise of basque food sounded incredible. We made reservations for a monday. The restaurant is located in the very posh Polanco on Presidente... More
