Good

Went and tried the normal food... its ok. Not worth it. However, when talking about scientific dishes, it rocks. Foie gras with cotton candy is simply amazing as well as the shrimp with maltodextrin. That rocks.

Not for nothing is one of The World's 50 Best Restaurants according to S. Pellegrino. The service is very attentive and the food is very tasty. I recommend ordering the tasting menu so you can try several dishes and chef's specialties. It's quite expensive, but definitely worth it

My wife arranged for one of the best dinners I've ever had anywhere. Biko is definitely world class in service and culinary imagination! The tasting menu is fun and offers traditional Mexican and Basque whims cleverly married. Atmosphere is very sophisticated, staff very well trained and knowledgable on menu and offerings. When in Mexico City a must do!

Our group split between the a la carte and the multi course set menu. Both were excellent. Prices great by US standards even if high by Mexico City prices. Maybe a shade behind Pujol and Quintonil but the nice "modern" and "traditional" takes on Mexican food was a treat.

Biko deserves the kudos. The food is expertly prepared and artistically presented. It is a true culinary experience. I have dined at Pujol as well and I think Biko is just as good, but without the dramatic flair.

Another dinner in Mexico City with a very pleasant outcome. Very well decorated in a cozy ambience. All my friends and I asked for the tasting menu. Extraordinary food. The service friendly and attentive. Every plate had a great presentation and taste. Good wine listing. Reservations are requested. Dressy casual code. Fun place to be and with an amazing Mexican... Biko is located as one of the top 50 restaurants worldwide, and its culinary offering together with a very interesting location supports this recognition. The food is an interesting mix of Spanish and Mexican food. The ambience of the place is perfect for any occasion, as it is located in trendy street Masaryk in Mexico City. This is an excellent... I had heard a lot about this place, and finally had the opportunity to have lunch with business colleagues. Don't get me wrong the food was fine, but it simply didn't amaze me. Normally when you order the menu as I did in this kind of restaurants you expect the dishes to be superb, worth to remember. You leave wanting... More

this was one of the great restaurants in Mexico City, I visit it today, my last visit was a year ago. First of all only, people only in a couple of tables, and the service was terrible, even when the restaurant was empty. We need to call the waitress over an over to take care of us. The new menu... The "Cocina Gachupa" is a brilliant, fantastic combination of Basque and Mexican Cuisine. Alonso and Oteyza are geniuses.
