Located across from the great cathedral and main square in Guanajuato. Great food, service and atmosphere and reasonable prices. Faye had the Chili Nogato which is a very traditional holiday mean and it was delicious. I was not super hungry so I ordered soup. The soup was to die for. It was coconut crime, with Shrimp, avocado and cilantro. I... More

The outdoor tables abut the Jardin de la Union which makes for beautiful views and atmosphere but some annoying solicitation by vendors of flowers, etc. who come up to the railing by your table. The various moles were perfect with just a touch of spice and much richness, and the salads were creative.

The location is perfect. We were the for the GIFF. Amazing beef with agave sauce. The portion was very small I must say. The service is really good. Nice restrooms! Its expensive...but the taste is really good.

Not the best meal I've had but taking into account what we paid, absolutely nothing to complain about! Yes I've had better meals but probably at 4 or 5 times the cost of this meal. An excellent meal and great value for money. The hotel is located in front of the Teatro Juarez and right in the center of the... More

We really liked this restaurant....pricy by Mexican standards but very reasonable compared to an American restaurant of similar standard. Had one of the most flavorful and tender arrachera's here, so if you like skirt steak, don't miss it. Very clean restaurant with attentive wait staff and very nice presentation. The breakfasts were very good as well. Certainly the best restaurant... More

Had a great meal here. My wife had an amazing salad and chicken dish and I had the set menu of 6 tapas dishes - all excellent. The arrachera had very sweet sauce which I did not like, but this was all in all very good value. Plan to try it again with the wine tasting menu, Service excellent, great... More

Despite the higher than average meal prices for restaurants in the area I chose to eat here as it always seemed to have a large number of customers. The location on the jardin plaza is fantastic. Service is good and the platter of breads and accompaniments brought out by efficient waitstaff was excellent. Unfortunately the meal I ordered did not... More

It's an outstanding restaurant with lots of traditional dishes and is in the big middle of downtown!

They will treat you depending on your nationality. Waiters were really rude to us, kept on pressuring to order more and more things when we wanted to have a snack and some drinks. When I looked over another table which was not a Mexican table. They were being very friendly and they only ordered a coffee and some water. I... More

On the corner of the square with great views of the Teatro and the Church and all the people the food was good and the prices very fair. We thought it might be "tourist" prices and quality but were pleasantly surprised on both counts.
