Nice Italian cuisine - just down the street from Villa Ganz

The restaurant has "open sides" and could be a bit hot or cold depending upon the weather. We visited on a pleasant night, so no issue. Food - The food was good - not the world's best Italian, but good. We split grilled asparagus with cheese (8 pieces), a cheese/arugala pizza (they are 12" or... read more

I was there for a lunch, and the experience was outstanding, this place is located in Andares shopping center and the place where all the restaurants are is unique. I tried Calamarata pasta and was excellent Highly recommended in Your trip of Guadalajara, remember make a reservation and ask for terrace.

Started with the left foot, our server was sort of kind rather slow to serve us and also distracted. Afterwards, another gentleman, who happened to be the owner of the restaurant, Marco Durzo, walked by our table with a cozy face asking us warmly if everything was ok. From there, the evening ambience picked up and ended up being a... More

Unassuming restaurant along a street filled with places to eat. Service, excellent as you would expect. Pleasant atmosphere. But the food!!! I have eaten in the finest (and most expensive) restaurants in the world, and this was the best chicken I have ever tasted. Moist, succulent, simply wonderful. I cannot say enough.

We literally can't wait to visit La Moresca when we visit Guadalajara. The delicious food and attentive service are the perfect ingredients for a great experience. Start with the Tuna Tartar or carpaccio + Lasagna or Fruti Di Mare Oscar the manager and Diego will give you a perfect experience. It's always a pleasure to come here.

I used to lived in Guadalajara for more than a year, and the beat place for a quality dinner is at La Moresca. And impeccable service, with a great menu of wines, hard liquors and of course meat and pasta. Highly recommended the Ossobuco, the green pasta and as for entrees anything is great.

Recommended to us by our hotel (Villa Ganz) as a reliable restaurant within walking distance, about 2 blocks away on Lopex Cotilla. Good food, attentive service, reasonable prices. I felt a little rushed at times and it was not overly busy for a Friday night. Why do staff at Mexican restaurants insist on clearing plates before all are finished at... More
