Viva la France!

I'm pleased to know that the gasronomic bar in Guadalajara has risen. This is a very decent french bistro with authentic french classics. The red meat section of the menu could benefit from growth but the lamb rack was delicious. Make reservations.

Wonderful experience at this restaurant in Guadalajara. Tasty French cuisine, good food and service. Friendly staff and I was lucky to have a meeting with the boss of the place, Antoine, a real French guy trying the Mexican adventure :) I recommend it!

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Guadalajara. They have a regular menu plus a special menu for Sundays. Beware as the open only from 1 to 4:30 on Sundays

We were visiting Guadalajara and needed something a bit different. Following the trip advisor recommendations we wonder here. The food was delicious! Their creme burlee was the best we've ever had.

It's a little less than one year old, but we just found it. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Colonia Americana, Guadalajara, Chez Chouchou's young, creative and energetic staff surprised us with an unexpected menu and high quality. The small restaurant serves excellent appetizers, entrees, salads and desserts that are all unique and full of flavor....In fact, that is... More

This place, indeed, is a bistro not a restaurant. My general comment is that is good enough... the service is excellent, the ambient welcoming, the prices very reasonable (I wouldn't pay much more either) and the food is fine, tasty but I'll say outdated... the flavors make you think in 2001 and not 2013, I'm referring that the sauces and... Have been three times now. Enjoy the casual environment, the hip atmosphere and the limited menu. Easy access in one of Guadalajara's prime dining zones. Good wines, fair prices, service can be attentive, hasn't always been. Many bilingual staff makes it easy if you are English speaking.

It is fairly difficult to encounter french ingredients in Guadalajara. Don't ask me how, but chez Couchou does it, and they sure know how to cook them as well ! A great place to enjoy a very good meal in a nice environment at a very well placed price. I would recommend it to anyone !

I have been trying to visit this restaurant for some time and this past weekend I was finally able to make that happen. It met all of my expectations and more. The atmosphere is very comfortable, the service is great and the food is wonderful. I was most shocked when I got the bill and for 4 cocktails, three appetizers... More
