Arriving around 8:30pm, the place was abandoned but around 9pm it started to fill up. We started with a Margarita (excellently tangy sweet and generous with tequila) a Manhattan (perfect) and a frosty Indio beer. We ordered a bottle of wine for the meal. Our appetizers included the Concha de Neptuno- Lobster and shrimp accompanied pimiento morrón rojo and mixed... More

Excellent ambience and mood. Restaurant was packed due to St Valentines Day, however, there was no chaos by the staff. We made reservations and were seated promptly and service started almost immediately. We had an appetizer, montaditos de camaron , which was the perfect way to start the evening and it went perfect with a margarita on the rocks and... More

We have lived in Mexico for over 8 years in a small ex-pat community. The only thing missing is a good restaurant like many you find in Europe or the U.S.. Well, Sagrantino gives you the same Michelin type experience with wonderful food, service and a nice wine selection all in a contemporary setting. And, you don't have to get on... More

Had a comida at Sagrantino. Wonderful experience. Beautiful space, great menu, excellent service. Chef even modified one of his daily specials to accommodate my diet. Very tasty. Great appetizers, good wine list. Worth making a special effort to dine here.

This restaurant was great. It is a well built restaurant, it looks the owners of this place know what they are doing. Food was great and service was flawless. Very well decorated. Overall a great place to eat dinner while your visit in Guadalajara.

If you are in Guadalajara, you can't miss Sagrantino. They serve you mushroom "fries" as complementary at the beginning, and they are the most great thing ever. Menu is interesting and always with some specials that are worthy. I have been there twice now and both experiences were great. I recommend the "Cochinita Pibil". Buen provecho!!!!

Sagrantino is a very pleasant restaurant. The decor is modern yet warm. The service is very good. Most people would be very happy with the food...a range of popular meat, seafood and pasta choices. We didn't find anything particularly innovative or outstanding but our dishes were attractive and well executed. Desserts are limited and fairly predictible. The restaurant is in... More
