Great food, everything was handmade and extremely fresh! The presentation of each dish was perfect and the taste......!!!!!!amazing! The location and the ambient are cool, nice music, excellent wine menu, cosy terrace for smokers and a huge choice of cocktails.... I can tell you something:first thing to pay attention at when it's your first time in a restaurant is the... More

We made a reservation for a larger group of people. When we arrived everything was ready and well arranged. The starters are very good but also small. I can recommend the deer carpaccio. The main course took a little bit long but all plates came at the same time. No complaints about the main course. Everybody was surprised by the... More

At first glance the menu looks simple but actually everything they offer is very sophisticated and high cuisine. This is one of the most popular high end restaurants here and very well known for its fantastic food and as others have said the octopus is very special.

... I was here already two times in two weeks, because this place is excellent. Everything about it is outstanding: The food, the interior, the service. Can recommend it to everybody who loves food and is ok with spending a little bit more for great food ...

The best thing about Sagrantino is the cooking -- which is very deft, boldly flavored and unpretentious. The menu itself isn't all that enticing, but every dish we ordered was prepared with skill and care. Others have raved about the restaurant's signature octopus offering, but because of its relatively high price I went instead with the dish listed right below... More

came to celebrate a friend's bday. A swank, very upscale restaurant for Guadalajara. A large open space with high ceilings, and we sat near to an open window by the floor to ceiling glass wine cellar. The highlight was their local speciality which is their grilled octopus! As it was a main course, we shared it amongst three people as... More

Visiting from Mexico City where we are accustomed to great restaurants and Sagrantino impressed with its diverse menu (I love being torn between 5 different options that all sound equally good!) and delicious food. Reasonably priced and delicious Chilean wine. Tuna tartare starter was fresh and tasty, lobster penne entree had delicious sauce and perfectly done pasta. All that plus... More

Ironically I live 5 blocks far from this place but never visited before, now I want to come back to try the full menu. The experience stars since the very first moment you arrive, a hostess takes you to the table while you're stunned by the architecture of this place: contrast between high ceilings with old details assembled with a... Arriving around 8:30pm, the place was abandoned but around 9pm it started to fill up. We started with a Margarita (excellently tangy sweet and generous with tequila) a Manhattan (perfect) and a frosty Indio beer. We ordered a bottle of wine for the meal. Our appetizers included the Concha de Neptuno- Lobster and shrimp accompanied pimiento morrón rojo and mixed... More
