mmmm. meat.. !.

Went there with a bunch of colleagues for dinner, and had some cheese w. choriza for starters (yummy) and the argentinian steak afterwards. It was really really tasty. Good Churrascos in a great location. Providencia is a great neighborhood in Guadalajara. In this "Colonia " you would find a very good alternatives for dinner , but Punto São Paulo is the best. Regarding food try Lengua en salsa verde , a very Mexican plate., Las empanadas I just love it. The best steaks in Guadalajara for sure.

Look at it this way: asking you what you want to drink before you can even sit down at a table with a moths-munched table cloth, and after some low-end waiter spiel being served your plates stacked like you're a dish washer in training, gimme a break amigos, that's just plain m-ierda! Service was m-ierda, medium rare was very rare,... More

Since it's Argentinian, we all ordered beef and we all walked out contented. Service was perfect, red wine bottle was good. As a matter of fact it was a great Mexican wine called Gran Ricardo from the Monte Xanic winery. I would definitely recommended to others.

Ordered filet mignon med rare and it was ok. Definitely nothing to write home about. It was almost like it was steamed or baked instead of grilled quickly, no outside browning at all. Appetizers were great. Nice outdoor seating area in newer area of Guadalajara.

The place is open and comfortable, with specialties in beef and argentinian delicacies, service is prompt. They do have a very nice wine selection with options from Argentina, Mexico and US. Definitively a very nice place for a good steak in a nice atmosphere.

I go to Guadalajara for business every two weeks so I've been around the place, I've tried different restaurants but honestly I always have to go back to La Estancia Gaucha. The food is excellent, watch out with portion sizes though, they are big so it's ok to share. The service is friendly and efficient. My favorites are Vacio, Bife... More

The best argentinian grill in guadalajara, churrasco steak is amazing, the potato fries are great, empanadas are good but really expensive, everything is expensive here, but worth it.

Honestly, the meat I ate at Estancia Gaucha was the best I´ve had so far outside Argentina. Very tender meat cooked to perfection (including typical Argentine starters such as mollejas and chinchullin), with excellent house sauces and salad; and an ample choice of wines. Service is also exemplary, the only minus goes to atmosphere - this is a very upscale... More

I have had the opportunity to eat a good steak in several places, but I can't tell you, there is no better steak than La Estancia Gaucha's. And the salad on the side is a dream. If you are in Guadalajara, Mexico, this place is definitely a must. Try as well the "empanadas" and "chinchulines". Service is impecable.
