Went here with my friends and we all ended up getting the pizza. It's a little pricey, but the pizza is delicious. It's thin crust but not very thin like you will find at some places. You can't be the location either. it is right across from the Cathedral and a quick walk to the Zocalo. If you are with... More

Marco Polo has a reputation for being a long time Cuernavaca fixture with decent italian food, particularly pizza; it's centrally located next to the cathedral and the interior is comfortable, particularly the tables on the balcony overlooking the street; you'll be treated to italian pop for better or worse. The service was prompt and courteous, as usual in Mexico, the... More

I've been going to Marco Polo for 16 years and never been disappointed. True, I wish the prices were the same as they were 16 years ago but they are still well within expectation. Marco Polo is blessed with a view over Cuernavaca's gorgeous historical Cathedral. I try to always sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. Even during... More

The ambient is quite nice, would be really good for couples, the pizza was excellent, We ordered one medium pizza as an entree and each of us a pasta for our main course, quite good, the portions are a good size, bit pricey but well worth the money.

The place serves you the authentic Italian Pizza, without tampering the taste with localization. The view from tables in the Balcony of the 16 th century cathedral makes it even more serene. Good place to go.

I'm really struck by how many good Italian restaurants there are in Cuernavaca. We will be in Mexico for several weeks and will have our fill of Mexican food so when a place like this presents itself we take advantage. This place is up a flight of stairs and has a lovely view from balcony tables of the cathedral and... More

Small restaurant, with a terrace overlooking at the Cathedral. We sat inside by a small fish pool. We had for lunch a huge pizza, which we enjoyed. The service was good and fast, the staff nice. It is not as expensive as it could look because in order to reach the restaurant you go into a small shopping, actually very... More

Was visiting cuernavaca, and remebered thar marco polo was a fine place for dinner, so I went there. I ordered a double cheese and mushroom pizza, to my surprise the mushrooms where not fresh, they use canned mushrooms!!! My conclusion is they don't put that much effort on the food and they take for granted people will come here because... More

Marco Polo is one traditional spot to eat for local and foreigners, quality of food is good and very distinct from big restaurant chains. Service is somewhat slow for certaint menu items, but is undestandable as food is prepared with a brick oven. Here less is more so I recomend to have a basic margaritte pizza (chesse, tomato sause) you... More
