Nardo's is back on the corner where it was before but the fare has remained the same in that the chef keeps the standard high. Ask the waiter (if he has not introduced it to you on the street before you sat down) what is the evening specialty. Over the years we have seen the daily picks change regularly as... More

Nardos has lots of signage, and was open on a Monday evening. That's why we decided to give it a try. The outdoor grill held much promise, and the chef is a really nice guy. However, we had much better food, service and ambiance elsewhere in Zihuatenejo.

Not Mexican ethnic. But wonderful. Chef Hillario made some great off menu guacamole. Then a wonderful salad and stuffed chicken with THE best tamarind sauce. Not fancy but wonderful. A nice merlot house wine. Friendly waiter Ricardo. Give it a try.

Don't let the modest appearance of this restaurant deceive you! The food is wonderful and the service is friendly! We ordered the Alfredo Pasta with shrimp and asked them to add fresh asparagus! It was the best and my daughter and I shared it! There was plenty for both! Our friend had the Pesto Pasta...it looked delicious! Prices are very... More

First time in Zihau and am traveling with my mom who has been xoming here for years. Nardo's is in a new location just a few places down then their old restaurant. This was by far the best restaurant I have eaten at this trip. I had the fettuccini Alfredo with shrimps and they added asparagus for me and also... More

This place was so so. Packed full of other gringos. The garlic catch of the day is great and so is the garlic bread but if you don't end up here you aren't missing much.

Great guys working at Nardo's. Yummy coconut shrimp - it's our favorite. Excellent fish or steak. Often they have music.

This little gem doesn't look like much but the food and service are great. This is a family run restaurant and they are a wonderful group of people. We ate here three times in one week. The guys went fishing and caught a 32kilo dorado and took some of it here and asked them to cook it for us. When... More

From the outside this wonderful restaurant looks unappealing, even when you first sit down at the plastic tables. However the owner is a nice lady who speaks English well, She and her staff provide great service. The margaritas are strong and to die for. The food quality is excellent. Try the signature stuffed chicken dish for a treat. Wish we... More
