Good food, ambience & service

4 couples went to Daniel's for the first time to celebrate our friend's birthday. Pretty much about as perfect a setting as you can get. Toes in the sand, the ocean at our elbows, candle light, moonlight and stars. Everyone was happy with their meals. Chicken dishes and stuffed shrimp great... read more

Four of us in January were wandering around Zihuatanejo and decided to "roll the dice" and pick a restaurant to eat dinner at! Daniel's was just opening up! Each of us ordered something different and we all loved our dinners! The price was very good and the food was excellent and large portions! The view was wonderful as you were... More

We spent the month of January in Zihua. It was so good to look forward to having meals at this eatery positioned on the beach. We spent many nights watching the ocean and the moon there. Not to leave out the freshness of any meal any time of day it was open. They open at 8:00 am and close at... More

The six of us had dinner at Daniel's on our first evening together in Zihua. My steak authority and I had the rib eye, which we thought was the best on this trip. My hubbie had the fish in parchment and it was very good. Saying something as he's not a big fish person. A couple of the other steaks... More

Daniel's is open all the time - from dawn to dusk. They have an extensive menu that covers breakfast to dinner. We had a fabulous dinner of whole grilled red snapper and seafood stuffed chile rellenos. Prices are very good, location is right in the center of everything on the beach in Zihuat. Service was efficient, friendly, professional. Live entertainment... More

My wife and I met friends from Chicago for dinner at Daniel's. Lovely spot, but that's it. Three of us ordered the fresh mahi mahi (Dorado) fillet. The fillet, the rice and broccoli were tasteless, plus the food was served less than warm. The other friend ordered the stuffed fillet and he liked it because it was doused in sauce... More
