Small Intimate Dining

Small but intimate restaurant on the second floor overlooking the street below. I really enjoyed my shrimp with garlic in a wine sauce. Fresh and tasty. It was a birthday dinner and they brought ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday as a surprise. Nice touch!

Delicious food and excellent service. Very good wine by the glass. We had snapper Veracruz and a stuffed fish filet wrapped in holly leaves. Both superb!

A bit difficult to find, but well worth the search. Setting is very nice on 2nd floor overlooking the street below. My wife and I both enjoyed every dish we selected. We started with a cold avocado soup and the tortilla soup- both great. For main course I had the shrimp stuffed with Manchego cheese & wrapped with bacon, and... More

Hard to get in without a reservation. We were a group of ten and everyone raved about their meal. The presentation and taste were amazing.

My margarita was top notch. The guacamole was perfect - not too much, with a bit of spicy sauce on the side so we can control the heat. The garlic butter they served with the bread was amazing. I wanted to take it home with me. Lionel, the affable owner, came to greet us personally. A warm, caring vibe. They... More

Music, creative food reasonable prices. Oh / great atmosphere. Would go again. Wine wasn't what I prefer, very limited wine list. Surprise of the meal was the desert. Banana cardamom with ice cream. Incredible. Ordered and my wife was full. She ate the entire dish!!

Mexicsn fare with a creative touch that will please the most critical gourmet. Lionel Lopes insures that the kitchen operates to the highest standard. And, he makes a killer mescal mojito.

Not the first time we have eaten here, and the food is good, service friendly, but frankly too slow. I know we are on holiday but the wait was just too long. Enjoyed everything we ordered.

It is wonderful how the Mexican people can take any hole in the middle of nowhere and fix it into a serene, beautiful oasis! You ascend one flight and are transformed to old Mexico. It is gorgeous and the food matches it's beauty and charm. The pollo el pastor was mouth watering and the hubby's garlic shrimp were great. A... More
