Don't let the lay-out fool you; small restaurant on one side of the street with 5 more tables across the street. This is one good place to eat! Mauricio is an absolute mater of the parilla (grill). Chesse stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp was out of this world! Mixed kabob as well. We liked El Arryan so much we ate breakfast... More

Very friendly family run restaurant. My husband ordered fish tacos and I ordered mahi-mahi. Both dishes were good but we thought that they were lacking the wow factor. Margaritas were decent.

Two dinners here in our 9 days in Zihua--Kathleen and I agreed that this is one of the best of the several fine dining option in the Playa Madera area. Grilled fish--in the round, filets, fish tacos--are all very well prepared--moist, balanced seasoning, fresh. And veggies are fresh, lightly cooked and well presented. This cooking exemplifies current cuisine, vastly improved... More

What a wonderful restaurant run by Mauricio and his whole family. I ate dinner here while traveling solo in Zihua and couldn’t have asked for better service or food. You can tell everything is done with love. This will be one of the best meals you have in Zihua no doubt. Lovely to dine outside across the street. Fresh fish... More

Heard about this little place from people at our hotel who ate there 3 nites out of 7 so it was a must try for sure. We weren't disappointed...really good food and service and definitely worth a meal (or more) for a real Zihua experience.

With the kitchen on one side of the street and the tables on the other, its a bit tough to get a handle on the logistics but don't worry about it! This pale is magical. Mauricio and his staff put out fantastic food (grilled outside on the kitchen side of the street), delicious drinks, great music, twinkle lights...the works. Everyone... More

We come to Zihuatanejo every year, and always have dinner at least two or three times with Morrice and his family. I don't know what he seasons his seafood and meats with, but they are delicious. And they are serving breakfast now. The staff, mostly family, are friendly, attentive and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Arrayan!!

One of the best values in Zihuat!! 2 great meals and 2 drinks for $300 pesos. Don`t come here if you want 3 waiters and a view and $1000 pesos for a crappy meal, get you free view during the day, and come here at night. The owner prepares all FRESH, FRESH food right on a big grill, in sight... More

This is a small, unassuming place just across the canal, over the bridge at the pyramid-shaped staircase along Paseo de la Boquita. It is rated #3 in Zihua by TA, and the food was delicious! When one of our dishes took a little longer to prepare (we were in no hurry), apologies were accompanied by a complimentary shrimp appetizer. The... More
