I loved this little spot. It's a simple, casual place, with fresh, nicely prepared food and welcoming atmosphere. Sadly I only got to eat one delicious lunch there (enchiladas suiza). We walked by it on another night, when we already had plans, and saw the large grill just outside the restaurant with a delectable assortment of fish, seafood and meats.... More

Very friendly, family run restaurant on Calle Adelitas just behind Madiera Beach close to the walk way over the canal. Dinner is prepared fresh on the grill in the street. Killer margs and yummy meals, we had the grilled fish and chicken stuffed with shrimp. Excellent value, great service, all fresh and delicious. We will definitely come again. We walked... More

The third time is the charm as we finally ate here a few days ago. The first two times we attempted to come it was closed. We didn't feel very hungry but when we walked by and it was open we decided to stop in for an early lunch around 11:30am. Mauricio welcomed us in and offered to start the... More

Ate there tonight for the first time. Got out of the taxi and saw the chef grilling on the street to our left, just outside the restaurant. Yes, his grill is set up on the street. To our surprise, the seating was to our right, on the other side of the street from the actual restaurant. Unusual to say the... More

A small family-run restaurant tucked out-of-the-way but actually just a few steps over the footbridge from the downtown area. We were in Zihua for ten days and ate here three times! The fresh fish and the unique homemade sauces combined with fresh cactus made the tacos worth the walk -- and indeed the entire trip to Zihua! And the family... More

Once again, it was a slow time of the year, so hopefully by the time you read this you'll get to eat at this lovely family run restaurant. Situated between Centro and La Madera, I met Mauricio and Victoria. Mauricio just happened to get the fish when I came for a late breakfast, but he was enthusiastic about the catch... More

Lovely family run restaurant. Grilled fish/steaks and the best flan ever! Seating is outdoor on both sides of the street. Mom cooks, dad grills, and the kids serve. Super friendly!

This restaurant is worth visiting while in Zihuatinejo. My wife and I ate dinner here 3 of our 7 nights! We couldn't stop going back for the incredible fish tacos - the best I've ever had!! The ingredients were all so fresh. The restaurant is tucked onto a relatively quiet street and while it is missing an ocean view, the... More

This place is wonderful to say the least! My boyfriend and I visited this past summer and it was by far our favorite place to eat. It is a family run business so every time we went in we were able to interact and have the best experience! The family even helped us with our struggling spanish! The food was... More
