Just plain good.

Bandidos would be one of restaurants I'd go to again if we ever to visit Zihua the next time around. Atmosphere is like a bar so don't expect anyone wearing anything fancy. We were seated promptly and drinks were ordered right after we were seated. We were there just before lunch so it's not busy. We had chicken kabobs and... More

I can't speak much for the food as we didn't get that far with our evening while dining there recently. It was still light out, the supper hour not quite in full swing. My 14 year old son and I were ready for a tasty meal & decided to check Bandido's out. Because we were just down by the beach,... More

It's easy to see that this place is a favourite to retired snowbirds but on weekends loads of locals hang here to dance and enjoy the band as well. Order the molcajete - mexican fondue in lava rock. The service in friendly and you'll have a good time.

The food and service both were excellent. Our meals had excellent flavor, we never felt like we were being rushed even though a line was starting to form. The entertainment, Michelle, was wonderful.

The restaurant we wanted was booked, so our hotel recommended here. It seems to be popular for those who enjoy (american chain) establishments like Chili's or such. It was overpriced for what we received. On the plus side, having the salsa made fresh at our table was a bonus and the service was attentive and excellent. If you don't like... More

We ended up here a number of times during our 7 days in Zihua. Tried a number of dishes and can tell you get the seafood molcajete! I tried the chicken, beef, and fish which were fine BUT I should have shelled out for the Seafood one. It is way too much for a normal eater, so come with a... More

We had a wonderful time at Banditos, the food and service was wonderful. The meal started with fresh salsa made right at your table, then very good fish tacos for appetizer, and excellent Seafood Molcajetes. This was the best meal we had all week.

We chose this restaurant as it was highly recommended but we would not return It;s over-rated - mocajete dish was mushy & not even the salsa was very tasty. Tables right next to the street are prime targets for street vendors so that can be annoying. Very few clients in mid Nov. Didn't notice TV games.

We had visited Bandidos during prior visits to Zihuatanejo. We love the salsa and the molcajete has always been very good. This visit we ventured off the reservation and it was a big mistake. I had the ribs and they were terrible. There was so much grizzle that there really wasn't much that was edible. My husband had the mahi... More
