You have an excess of places to eat, even just in this one block so this was fine, but nothing outstanding. The setting is pretty spare and we preferred eating outdoors. Service was pleasant.

We went here on Christmas night around 8 pm. It is quite small, but it was full - almost entirely of Canadians, from what we could tell. We had three meals - grilled shrimp for two, mahi mahi for one. All were done to perfection! It is basically an outdoor space, very informal, but good food, service, and ambiance. Great... More

We have eaten at Salvador's 3 or 4 years in a row. Each time we have a consistently good meal. This year my husband had the pork chop, which he described as tender and delicious. We split the chile relleno (which was average). I had the coconut shrimp -- they were huge and the shrimp itself was very tasty but... More

We have been going to Salvadors for the past 5 years. His prices are very reasonable, and the food quality is excellent!! If you like a great grilled tuna steak, you can't beat Salvadors. In fact, everything on the menu is very tasty. He is really a great chef on the grill. Anything from seafood to ribs, you won't be... More

We went to Salvadores on our first night in Zihua. We're on our 10th dinner out now and so far Salvadores is our favourite (better than Rufos down the street but Rufos was good). Margarita's were to die for. I had the Mahi Mahi which was excellent. Very friendly service.

Salvador's is out of the way, down a cobblestone street adjacent to the canal in Madera Beach. Salvador is awesome, he is the owner and the cook. He has a grill that he cooks fresh fish, chicken, steak, and one of the best pork chops you can find. Drinks are usually on special for happy hour at 2 for 1.... More

We were out for dinner with friends last night and went to Salvadors in La Madera. We have been there many times before, but at last season's location. It was great to see him doing so well in his new spot. The place was full! Our dinners included ribs, coconut shrimp, tuna steak, and pork chop and all were delicious.... More
