We have been going to Salvadors for the past 5 years. His prices are very reasonable, and the food quality is excellent!! If you like a great grilled tuna steak, you can't beat Salvadors. In fact, everything on the menu is very tasty. He is really a great chef on the grill. Anything from seafood to ribs, you won't be... More

We went to Salvadores on our first night in Zihua. We're on our 10th dinner out now and so far Salvadores is our favourite (better than Rufos down the street but Rufos was good). Margarita's were to die for. I had the Mahi Mahi which was excellent. Very friendly service.

Salvador's is out of the way, down a cobblestone street adjacent to the canal in Madera Beach. Salvador is awesome, he is the owner and the cook. He has a grill that he cooks fresh fish, chicken, steak, and one of the best pork chops you can find. Drinks are usually on special for happy hour at 2 for 1.... More

We were out for dinner with friends last night and went to Salvadors in La Madera. We have been there many times before, but at last season's location. It was great to see him doing so well in his new spot. The place was full! Our dinners included ribs, coconut shrimp, tuna steak, and pork chop and all were delicious.... More

A no frills restaurant with excellent food and service at modest prices. Restaurant owner is the cook.

With eighteen days in Zihuatanejo, we quickly discovered that it is difficult to find a bad meal anywhere in this hospitable place. Salvadors is located in the Madera neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. They fire up the grill around 6:00 pm. We so enjoyed our first dinner there, we returned a few nights later. The grilled Dorado steak... More

Great meal here. Not on the beach but the food's worth it! The coconut shrimp were the best I had anywhere on this trip.

good seafood..good pork chops..good grill! The restaurant has relocated up Calle Adelita about a block toward the bay..worth the effort to find it if you already enjoyed them and were disappointed like we were that they were no longer at original spot on Adelita.

In case you haven't been to Zihua in awhile, Salvador's has moved just down the street to another much larger location. The food is really good and so inexpensive. My husband had grilled shrimp and I had the chili relleno and both were delicious.
