Exquisite dining!!

I went with my family to this restaurant for the first time during Easter week. We went for dinner here on our last night in Zihuatanejo. It was such a great choice! The atmosphere was amazing. They have completely blocked off the outside world with plants and trees. You really don't feel like you are in the middle of downtown. There was a musician playing, which was a great addition. The food was pricey, but... More

We just returned from our family trip to Zihautenejo. On our last night we went out to Coconuts for dinner. There were six of us and all our meals were so good. Everyone was raving about their choices. We also enjoyed the show preparing our flamed banana dessert. The prices were actually not too high considering everything we had and... More

Overpriced average food! Not any better than what we had eaten at a family run restaurant down in La Madera beach! Sauces were over powering for tuna and Snapper! Worst shrimp ceasar salad ever! My daughter was not impressed! My youngest had the pork chop and we all agreed it was the best of the dinner.... But all in all... More

Hi Lydia, We are sorry that our recipes were not to your liking. We have repeat customers that swear by our food and the dishes you mentioned. I do want to apologize for our waiter as well. The person that waited on your table has been with us for over 30 years and a very great and effective waiter. I... More

I went to Coconuts last Saturday with my boyfriend for my first time, some friends recommended it and we were hesitant to try it. We did try it and we are so glad we did, this is the best restaurant in all of Zihua and Ixtapa combined, hands down. The food was excellent, I had the Coconut Shrimp and my... More

We have eaten here on a previous visit and enjoy coming back. The service is excellent and the food is an excellent value. I had the curry shrimp and it was outstanding. Another person has the Lobster and it was also plentiful and great. The deserts are a show not to be missed. We had a version of bananas foster... More

we have been vacationing in zihuatenajo for years. We always go to Cocunuts restaurant, this was the first year I brought my daughter for a mother/ daughter trip. She fell in love with Cocunuts! The music was fabulous, we danced with the bartenders and the manager treated us so professionally! The atmosphere is beautiful! I usually go there with my... More

My wife a I hadn't been to Coconuts in the past couple of trips to Zihua but ventured back and we are so glad we did. The food was fantastic and the service was the same. The manager Ron was on site making sure everything was perfect for the guest. The live music was romantic that made a great atmosphere... More

I have visited here twice before in other years and had decided that I didn't care whether I returned. I decided to go however after I heard positive things about the new ownership. The menu has changed for the better, the owner is onsite, the service is excellent, the food presentation professional and their is live music in the background.... More

Hello Dan, Thanks for the compliments, it is our goal to offer better service and better food as time passes. We did make some changes in the menu and it has been a positive response from our dear guests. It is guests such as yourself that makes us one of the top restaurants in Zihua. We hope to see you...
