Coconut shrimp, bananas flambé were excellent. Wait staff was surely on top of it. Very good service. Nice 2 piece band on a Friday evening. Great evening!

Coconuts is located inside a beautifully lit courtyard. The service is very good but the food is average. Its priced on the high side for Zijua. Dinner will run you $75 dollars with drinks for two. I would recommend La Terracita for better cuisine.

By far the best restaurant we ate at in Zihu. We showed up on NYE without a reservation. The manager, obviously very busy welcomed us and it us a table. The food was delicious, service was wonderful, even though he told us that was his first night on his own, out of training. He was spot on. And the drinks... More

Our New Year's Eve plans changed at the last minute so we were thankful that Coconuts had a table available late in the evening. I'll start with the positive: the atmosphere was lively and friendly. There was live music (VERY loud, in fact you could not have a conversation due to the noise level) and they passed around party hats... More

Delicious and strong margaritas. Recommend the lobster and any of the flambes, but the banana flambe was our favorite.

The coconut shrimp were excellent. Very attentive service. Wait staff was very kind and accommodating - we had a friend in our party who is very "tight" with his money when it comes to food. He wouldn't spend his for an entrée - only an appetizer. When he tried his girlfriends coconut shrimp he was amazed how great it was... More

We always go to this restaurant with a group of friends. We get a long table, order food, wine and have Mexican coffee. It just does not get any better than that. It really is a beautiful place to dine outdoors. Great service and food!

This was our third dinner out in Zihuatanejo, and by far the best. The tuna sashimi was amazingly fresh, the salad was great, and the entrees were all cooked to perfection. The staff was knowledgable (our waiter had worked there since 1981) and good humored. The winelist contained decent California wines which which we were all familiar. The desserts were... More
