Wonderful place

The resteraunt is very romantic outdoors with lots of little lights. The food is really good and the service is normally good.

We recently had dinner at this venerable Zihuatanejo establishment. We hadn't been there in over 15 years. Everything looked the same. I am told new management took over about 13 years ago. The prices are on the high side compared to other restaurants of its type in the area. The drinks are very good here along with the atmosphere. There... More

We opted to have drinks and appetizers while sitting at Coconuts. It was great but then decided to order the Seafood Pasta. Why I don't know but it sounded good. Unfortunately it was one of the most expensive entrees we had in Z and turned out to be the biggest let down. We had also gone because of the music... More

The garden is lovely, their senior staff are very professional and our meals were excellent. The prices were the highest we'd experienced in Zihua, but you're paying for more than just the meal.....and that was the problem. We didn't think it was good value the night we went. It seemed they didn't have enough staff or they were poorly assigned.... More

We ate here on a Thursday night in February, and the service was excellent. Lots of good seating available. The manager took time to welcome us and chat with us, which we appreciated. The fish tacos (appetizer, but fine as entree, or just get a second order like we did!) are fantastic. The coconut-crusted shrimp is also delicious. We had... More

We were referred here by the owner of our rental home. What a lovely outdoor restaurant! Wonderful food, good service and great ambiance! A little spendy, about $20-25 per main entree but delicious. Would recommend it for a special evening .
