Beautiful restaurant on the beach! This place is one giant palapa, open to the beach ( with seating in the sand as well ) but quite upscale in its decor and the best place for a romantic sunset dinner!! Food is great and service professional.

For a romantic meal right on the beach, La Palapa can't be beat. Candlelights, torches, and nicely spaced tables right on the sand. But the best feature is the food; unlike many restaurants with great settings, which tend to deliver so-so food, La Palapa has interesting dishes that are well-prepared. Definitely a favorite (5-10 visits so far)

We had the ceviche trio and the seafood enchilada here on our last visit and they were excellent. We ordered the enchilada without cheese, butter, cream, and with a red sauce, and they made a fantastic meal for us. Service was also great. Chairs were comfortable. Views fantastic.

I just picked this location out of a hat and boy what a lucky draw. I expected beach view, but didn't realize we would have the option to literally eat on the beach. Great food, great service, fantastic atmosphere. We will return
