Family of four (two teens) ate an early dinner here on trip to PV recently. Recommended by concierge at our hotel and recommendation proved accurate. Were seated at a nice table right in front affording great people watching and view of the ocean out front. Menu is extensive with many italian options ranging from seafood, pastas, pizzas and traditional meat/chicken... More

Walking down the seafront dodging the rain we came across this gem of a restaurant . Our waiter francesco was very attentive and welcoming. The food is excellent and well priced with a great ambience. We where a couple and were well looked after but the care taken for all the families present was outstanding.

A great classic dinner option in Puerto Vallarta if visiting the Malecon. Excellent pizza bread and ample menu offering a wide variety of italian specialties.

We went with my three young children and had a wonderful meal. The waiter, Cesar, was great and patient. The food was excellent! This was the second time we had eaten there in the past two times we have been to Puerto Vallarta. We would go back in a heartbeat and we recommended it to vacationers that we met. Some... More

This is one of the few restaurants that I make an effort to make a must each trip. Once again it was a pleasant evening. We were seated by the rail overlooking the Malecon. Great view, great service, and great food. My only complaint is that there are too many good restaurants to make any location a return dinner selection.... More

This is always a favorite while in PV. The special was special indeed. Pasta with white wine sauce, seafood; mussels, shrimp, clams and prawns in the shell. Extreme filling. A half portion would have been preferred, but, what the heck, walk it off. Bread and breadsticks are great. We always like to eat upstairs where we can people watch.

Have eaten there 4 times since arriving in PV. Get the Saltemboca it is wonderful. Great food and service. Prices are moderate and worth every penny. Go there and enjoy the view right on the beach while you dine on authentic Italian. Highly recommend

I was with a friend who had not eaten at La Dolce Vita before. I eat here as often as I visit Puerto Vallarta. Midway through the week my buddy tells me he wants some pasta with seafood. So I told him that La Dolce Vita was my favorite place for Italian food. When we were leaving, he told me... More
