On March 13, 2015 I took a cooking class from Miriam Flores and a tequila class from her assistant, Paul. The entire class was unforgettable & I will certainly take another class on our next trip to PV

Took our first ever cooking class at La Luna as a family. Miriam the Chef was extremely welcoming and so enthusiastic about teaching us. It was so pleasant and comfortable being with her in her home. The food was delicious and Paul's margaritas were refreshing. Paul also included my son by making him a non alcoholic margarita. We will definitely... More

We have taken numerous cooking classes in Mexico and this one was the best. All the recipes were user friendly and easy to duplicate at home. The actual space is colorful, fun and comfortable. The cooking equipment was great. (Nice sharp knives) The staff was so pleasant and knowledgable. Best margaritas ever. A must do!

Chef Miriam has a close connection to food, born in her childhood growing up on the rich agricultural farm lands around Puerto Vallarta. Her passion for food shines throughout her class and is quite infectious. She is really interested in getting to know her students and inspiring them to take home a new skill, a technique or a recipe. The... More

We enjoyed our second cooking class with chef Miriam. Not to be missed if you enjoy cooking or just want to know more about authentic Mexican cuisine. The class is at the chef's beautiful home in the hills above the Romantic Zone. We learned about the different types of tequila and Paul made us delicious margaritas. We also sampled some... More

Chef Miriam is delightful! She has had so many interesting experiences, and she brings them all to her classes. She stresses fresh and simple, but the taste is anything but simple! You start with the best margarita ever, and then she shares the recipe. Each week features a different Mexican-inspired cuisine, with only the freshest ingredients. She steps you through... More

Wonderful food and service. The owner/chef visits every table to talk about the food, where you're from, etc. They also offer cooking classes. Four of us signed up for classes scheduled for March 3, 2015. We are looking forward to the adventure.

Chef Miriam and Paul offered an excellent cooking class with great food, service, recipes that I could make at home, much information about food and tequila and ingredients. I highly recommend this on your trip to PV. FYI the restaurant is closed and she is only doing the classes. They book up quickly as they are small classes. Go for... More
