This restaurant is small and crisp. It is very nicely located. The service was genuine as was the food! just delicious. Literally I am still dreaming of the green mole. The staff are knowledgable and kind. The food isn't fancy but it is fresh well made and full of true flavour.

This cute, small family owned and operated restaurant in old town specializes in moles. We were introduced to the restaurant via the Vallarta Food Tour - on the tour we tasted three different moles (Poblano, Rosa and Verde). They were all wonderful served over enchiladas, but hands down, the best was the Mole Rosa - made from beets - beautifully... More

We tasted 3 distinctly different Moles here, green, pink and poblano. Each one had a very distinctive flavor, beautifully executed and I've taste a lot of moles in my time. If you have a passion for Mole, you must try these.

Mole Rosa and La Albufera are next to each other same owners. Normally I eat at Albufera, no reason why, but ! I've been 4 times, and am introducing it to my owner local friends. Everyone loves it! The mushrooms stuffed with huitlacoche are awesome, this last time I had their special Mole Rosa (pink mole). It's amazing...I've traveled twice... More

This place was part of the Vallarta Food Tour we took and loved the mole served. The pink mole was excellent and got its color from beets which adds an excellent sweetness to the savory dish! We plan on going back to work our way through the menu!

Recently took the Puerto Vallarta Food Tour and this was our meeting place. We sampled 3 types of mole and it was delicious. The owners were gracious and accommodating.

Via Vallerta Food Tours! AWESOME MOLE. We had a trio of moles that were each very different and amazing. Loved the beet based mole!

The mole was suprising. Very good and refreshing. The mole was used to cover chicken empenadas. It was very different to try so many moles and two that really aren' the traditional of chocolate

This is without a doubt, the best mole in Puerto Vallarta! Cozy space and conveniently located. I highly recommend it!

Amazing moles. The green and "regular" moles were outstanding, but the pink mole was great - I can hardly wait to go back!
