Awesome street food if you love seafood. The ceviche tostadas are equally amazing and filling. Where else can you get such great seafood for under 5$?!

Visited the Viejo location based upon, in general, stellar reviews from others. The location is clean and the staff of ladies working are very nice. But I came for the tacos...and left sad! Best descriptive is flavorless and mushy. The fish was definitely cooked in oil with to low of a temperature. On top of that there was no seasoning... More

This little taco stand on Carranza is a hidden gem. I enjoyed the walk from Zona Romantica and loved my meal. I had the deep fried fish taco ( so fresh, delicious and tasty) and the smoked marlin quesadilla ( fish was awesome but a bit too much cheese for me on an empty tummy) great sauces, friendly service and... Once you find this hidden gem, you'll be coming back year after year. The fried ship tacos are fantastic as are the selection of condiments and sauces. Prices are unbelievably cheap. This is a true locals secret, worth checking out. There is also parking and shaded seating.

We discovered Marisma years ago and now it is an absolute must during our visits to Puerto Vallarta. We had never had fish tacos when we first tried Marisma's and, unfortunately, have never found any since that come close to matching hers. We haven't tried the marina location, but the downtown stand is delightful. It has seating for maybe a... More

This small street-side vendor sells a variety of fish and shrimp tacos. The service is friendly. Meal preparation is quick. Prices are very reasonable. And best of all - it will be some of the best food you've tasted south of the North Pole. Even if you're not into seafood, you'll enjoy the offerings of Marisma.

I've been to the Street Food Location and the Marina Location and had some fish tacos. What makes these Tacos unique are the house made sauces they give to you. They give you at least five sauces. One is a spicy Almost Asian one with onions. Another is guacamole, salsa de Mexicano, and a creamy chipotle. The fish taco is... More

This review addresses the downtown location, not the Marisma's at the marina. Downtown, on Basilio Badillo, people line up at gringo restaurants to buy five-dollar fried eggs and hashbrowns, while Marisma sells the best fish tacos in PV (and thus, the best breakfast) just around the corner for *one* dollar (sixteen pesos, as I recall). We lived in PV for... More

Not just the best fish tacos in Puerto Vallarta, but the best fish tacos anywhere! They are made, each one, to order - from the fresh fish, to the batter dip, to the fry, to the handmade tortilla, to the shredded cabbage and salsas - It cannot be beaten. (The smoky, spicy salsa with onions is my favorite). Don't hesitate... More
