This is the 2nd time to puerto Vallarta and the 2nd time visiting Murphy's Irish pub. The first time we went here my battery camera was dying and I needed to have it plugged in, the waitress heard us talking about it and. Came over and asked if she could plug it in for us behind the bar while we... More

Great drink prices, great happy hour. Cool place, would love to come at night when it's packed and lively, but for our visit, it was great. We're on a cruise, and leaving internet, so the free WiFi at this place was icing on the cake. Come prepared to be anti social, surfing the web while having some great mixed drinks.... More

Stopped in to have a cold one while out shopping. Good view & service. Looks like it would be a fun place in the evening. :)

We couldn't pass up the opportunity to vist an Irish pub in Puerto Vallarta. Although we were there during a slow part of the day, we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Lunch was delicious (especially the fresh cut fries upon which I sprinkled lots of malt vinegar) and people-watching from the balcony over the Malecon... More

A great Irish Pub for drinks, food and friends. Spending the winter here it's been a great home away from home. Come and enjoy the good time!

Fresh battered fish and shrimp and freshly cut french fries....best of the best for sure! Benny got our attention as we walked by the restaurant and convinced us to enter and eat, and I'm glad that he did. He spoke English very well and was the most helpful.

What a gem on the Malecon. A group of us were walking the Malecon and saw this place. The timing was perfect. We were hungry and thirsty. It was a late afternoon and the staff was very attentive. In addition other people in the bar were commenting on the service being great. The food was excellent as well. We met... More

I understand that others have rated this restaurant as very good, but I would say it is only average, except for its prime location, near the center of the Malecon. The liquor was good and the beer was okay, but the fish and chips we had were mushy and the crust was made with a peppery batter unlike any I... More

We stopped in for lunch and a beer, the Modelo was fresh and cold, and the food was very good for pub fare! The nachos were tasty the pulpo was served breaded in a unique pepper coating. We recommend for the great atmosphere, view and great value!

We were fortunate to find it on the Malecon and not only had a great dinner, but a couple days later they were able to accomodate our large group to watch the Super Bowl (in English with the good commercials). John Patrick and the whole staff are accomodating, fun and really enjoy what they are doing - which really lends... More
