Delicious and fast!

Went here after all day at the beach! We waited for about 10 minutes for a table but worth it! Some of the salsas were a bit spicy for my taste but over all pretty good. Ordered al pastor ( highly recommended), the mushroom tacos, and chorizo all which I recommend. The stuffed avocado, the chicken... read more

Make sure you get there early, as it gets very busy. El pastor is a must try! The pineapple slice sets it all off! Buen Provecho!

Best street taco's in PV! Staff works so well with the tiny space they have, very friendly. Sauces are so fresh and flavorful! Had them the carnitas x2 in a one week visit. Open's at 6, and expect a wait, but, sooooo worth it!

Amazing authentic tacos. So good! You have to get there early unless you want to wait. Their el pastor tacos sliced off the rotisserie and pieces of pineapple are wonderful! They bring so many different sauces and accompaniments you can make them taste however you want. Price is right and just a fun place to go. Ate her last time... More

A tiny taco restaurant with about 12 tables, 4 on the sidewalk. We go for the tacos al pastor which is probably what 90% of the customers order. It is a marinated pork cooked on a spit like a gyros with onions and cilantro. They get served with 5 different sauces, two hot and 3 mild. The avocado sauce is... More

We have travelled all around Mexico and have eaten Taco Al Pastor all over the country...it is a very "typical" type of Mexican dish served on the street! It is what Mexicans love to eat as they stroll about! What makes Pancho's special is that it is located in Old Vallarta and most of the customers are non Mexicans and... More

Pancho's is the ONLY place to get true Mexican street food when in Puerto Vallarta. Every dish was so delicious that we went back two different days for dinner. The first night we went a little later and ended up waiting in a line but they have great service and a great system for getting people seated quickly. It's worth... More

This is a hot place to eat. They only open for dinner. If you're looking for awesome Mexican tacos look no further than this place. The biggest problem we had was knowing when to stop. We started with 2 each of the Al Pastor - roasted Mexican pork kebab on corn tortilla. That was not enough. We ordered 2 more... More

The food, the quick service, the staff, the price were all excellent. There is a line up but it moves quick and it is worth the wait.
