Must go to place right by Playa los Muertos. The tacos al pastor are to die for and to this day I wish I would have gone just one more time. I'm usually not a fan of quesadillas but Panchos has mushroom quesadillas that will have you asking for more. Another thing that makes this place so great is the... More

I'm not gonna rant about it much but I'm just gonna say that we go to PV once or twice a year and we eat at Pancho's Tacos 4-5 dinners during a week stay. Some evenings we come back for late evening snack on the way back from the club if they are still open. Try volcanoes. They come with... More

Their pastor is great! 11 pesos per taco....I usually get 3. They bring salsas to your table. I went in off season, so didn't have to wait. This is a must do in the Romantic Zone.

We tried to come to the place twice before but they were closed. It wasn't until the day before we left that we found out they don't open until 6pm. Nuff said, we got our al pastor tacos and were very happy. The tables were full and no one bothered to move when it started to rain. That's good stuff.

Pancho's specialty is the Al Pastor. It is the pork on the spit you will see it at the... More

Probably the best tacos al pastor I've ever had. The sauces are amazing, the service is fast and friendly. This place has it all. As a local I am sad that it has caught onto the tourist crowd because now its always full, but they deserve the business. Authentic, delicious tacos!!

First: beware Pancho's Margaritas for they are curiously tasty and pack a punch. Three of us enjoyed Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Pollo a la Parilla, and the Cheese and Potato with Chorizo. The latter was discovered to be quite large and would have been almost enough on it's own. The sauces and side mix of mango/onion/jicama/and chile added to the... More

An unassuming little taco shop on Calle Bisilio Badillo, about two blocks from the beach in Viejo Vallarta. My girlfriend and I got the quesadillas - a pile of them. The mushroom and cheese, the veggie, and especially the chorizo. Couldn't stop eating them. Throw in some beer and perfect weather, it'll be hard to leave. A must any time... More
