My wife and I visited Polo's about seven times while on our yearly vacation. We had almost every shrimp item, sea bass, amberjack, and red snapper. You could close your eyes and point on the menu and be assured of getting a great meal at a reasonable price. Polo, Miguel and Kris make you feel welcome each time you come.... More

The restaurant is in a good location and a nice place to go. We have gone each time we are in PV. I think the food is good and the staff mostly attentive. It can be difficult to get some ones attention when it is busy. The platter for one has always been tasty and filling. Unfortunately, the shrimp in... More

Be sure to call for reservations if you want to experience a great meal in this little hide away restaurant. Generous portions for moderate prices and everything cooked to perfection. We partake with friends several times during our annual three months stay and are never disappointed, On a side street in old town so not much ambiance but who needs... More

We discovered Polo's this year and wish we had known about it several years ago. It is in the old part of town, a charming little restaurant with friendly service, great margaritas and seafood cooked to perfection. It's very popular, reservations are recommended.

Moriscos Polo was recommended to us by several people and we ventured off the beaten path to an amazing dining experience! From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty and enjoyed some of the best seafood anywhere. We had the Polo combo for one and the Cris Combo for one... The Polo combo had blackened lobster, grilled scallops... More

My wife and I went to Mariscos Polo based on trip advisor recommendations. The shrimp Kevin (Portugese shrimp) wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cheese were the highlight of our dining experience. The Wiri shrimp (coconut), that everyone raves about on the forums here, were average at best. The staff did a good job, but this place could use a makeover.... More

We had a good meal- liked the mussels! Mahi Mahi was good. But, small crowded restaurant, uncomfortable chairs & kind of warm inside. Bit pricy too. Nice meal, not sure if I would return.

Based on the TA PVR forum, we placed Mariscos Polo on our must eat list. Choosing to go for a late lunch, we found the restaurant empty. We peaked in to be greeted by Miguel, who obviously gave us a choice of where we'd like to sit. Street side was the best view of this hidden gem in old PV.... More

We've been coming here for a number of years and it seems to be losing its wow factor. The best item, coconut shrimp is up to 195 pesos (about $16) and is now down to 4 shrimp on the plate. Tastes pretty good, but the value has greatly decreased.

Polo's always delivers when it comes to seafood. We had the red snapper fillet in garlic butter and it was perhaps the best red snapper we have eaten, and only $140p. In the past we have the shrimp wiri that was excellent. We always plan eating at Polo's when in PV.
