Great food, amazing Margaritas and Mohitos. Friendly staff. Good prices. Just off the beach but worth the short stroll.

This became our "local" during a week in PV. The margaritas are excellent and the bartenders are fun and friendly. We sat at the bar each evening so did not experience table service or the food. The guacamole mixed tableside was very good. This was a fun and enjoyable way to start the evening.

The three of us truly enjoyed the authentic mixed mocajete with beef, chicken, chorizo, nopal, relleno, green onion, Oaxaca cheese and wonderful green sauce. There was an abundance of food served very quickly before we could even finish the outstanding guacamole and fresh Mexican salsa made right at our table. Great food, great service and authentic Mexican food all in... More

This is just one of those places you have to go to each time. Sure it may be a little more than some of the other restaurants in PV but it has that ambience that makes it fun and playful. The food and drinks are also very good! It's a place where you get a lot, it looks and taste... More

Outrageous prices for a mediocre restaurant. Service was slow and everything was over the top expensive. There are plenty of good restaurants in PV. We will not be back.

We like to visit different restaurants in Puerto Vallarta when we go for two weeks; but The Margarita Grill is a staple...it is the Mexican food we go for. There is a good variety. Some food we experienced for the first time. It is a lot of food for your peso. Some prepared right at your table. Live music every... More

this is a really cool place to have a drink - they have a great bar where you sit and enjoy the music in the background which is part of the restaurant. Great to start your evening there - my best experience of guacamole in Puerto Vallarta they actually do it in from of you so fresh!!

I came here with a friend to try their margaritas. we had a coconut & strawberry.. they were amazing! we ordered the chicken enchiladas & shrimp fajitas and those were even better (: my favorite thing about this restaurant, though, is the salsa and how they prepare it right in front of you. you can decide whether you want it... This place did, in fact, have the best margarita of the trip. Live music at a comfortable volume and nice fish tacos made for a pleasant visit.

We had to send our drinks back twice - when they came back the third time they tasted like someone stopped using the cheap stuff and realized we knew better. I ordered the steel smoldering pot of fish including octopus. The presentation was nice, yet the fish was mushy and the octopus was tough and rubbery. I have ordered octopus... More
