The original taste of the authentic Mexican food.

The food is very good but not my favorite dining spot. The owner is really a great host and the waiters go beyond their duties. I prefer the hillside location to the restaurant row spot, but to each his own there. Buffet breakfast a favorite. My only real complaint is the price of entree's. Expensive for Mexico.

We have been goimg here for breakfast for years. We have a condo in PV. This place does authentic Mexican buffet breakfast - altough this last time they were only serving it daily at the second location on Basillo Badillo. Amazing place for dinner as well with great chile en nogada - our favorite Mexican dinner. Quality and authenticity at... More

The food and service are very very good. My favorite for dinner chiles en nogada. Dessert chocolate cake delicious and the mango margarita is like a mango smoothie totally recommended.

Our first night in Puerto Vallarta we walked along the Andador and the music and loud speakers were blaring noise. We were looking for a quiet place to eat. We found Mamá Rosa. But my husband's fish had an awful strong odor and he couldn't eat it. the chef offered to replace the food with something else, but we refused.... More

Wow. You know how each vacation has that new place you are so glad you tried? This was it on this trip. Actually I had eaten at the Leona Vicario location that is up a few streets from the Malecon with great views. Food was good then. But their location in the romantic zone on Basilio Badillo is a great... More

We came upon this restaurant while strolling through old town. The inviting white draped tables, the open view of the chefs creating visual masterpieces, the soft lighting and music, and the incredible menu displayed beside a welcoming host could not go unheeded. We were not disappointed with the wine offerings and were given a reasonable corkage fee for future consideration.... More
