Fantastic bistro and bar

This bistro bar is fantastic. Very contemporary decor , great music, great for breakfast , lunch , dinner or hors d' oeuvres. The service of the staff Moises, Ricardi, Rigo is very good. We've stayed here 3+ times and they take great care of us. Would recommend to all. Wonderful menu

This was by far the best restaurant we have eaten at while in PV. The food was excellent and the service top notch. We had the tortilla soup, the octopus appy, the shrimp crepes and the fried rice full of shrimp. They even gave my wife a rose for Mother's Day and both of us a complimentary shooter. We will... Worth the stop for a meal. Good food, nice surroundings and good staff. I would go off the beaten path of the Malecon and stop here for a nice, more peaceful meal.

A number of us have been there on Sunday mornings, in groups from 4-10. The service has always been excellent...they divide the checks if requested. You can sit near the pool, or totally enclosed in an air-conditioned room a bit below the main level. I have both breakfast dishes and most recently the Salad with fresh Tuna. It was terrific.... My wife and I spent a week at a boutique hotel in downtown Puerto Vallarta located between Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Isla Cuale (start of Zona Romantica). This ideal central location allowed us to walk everywhere, especially to restaurants and shopping, of which there is no end to either! With 756 restaurants in Puerto Vallarta reviewed on Trip... Service at CoExist Café was a little hit or miss depending on the time of day and who the server was. I found most of the food to taste average with the pizza being the exception. I tried the "fungi" pizza and was quite impressed. If you get a chance to visit CoExist Café you MUST try their pizza!

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Rio Malecon for two weeks in March 2015. We thought the hotel was good but we especially enjoyed the hotel restaurant - The Coexist Bistro. Everything we ate there was fresh and well-cooked (we especially enjoyed the smoothies). However, what stood out was the amazing service. Since we were staying there we... More

Niva was our waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. There was something for everyone, and while it was authentic Mexican food, there were many unique dishes incorporating various fruits and vegetables, including plantains and great sauces. We visit PV often, and we plan to return to this restaurant every time we return. The prices are... More
