We met friends here two nights because it is a favorite of theirs. Now it's on our list too. We will come here again.

This was our second visit to the Coexist Bistro. We had a terrific time here last year, so we decided to make it our goal for this year's visit to Puerto Vallarta again. And just like before, Coexist Bistro spoiled us with a terrific meal and very attentive service! I want to especially thank Ricardo who was our waiter for... More

Coexist cafe is located on the first floor of the hotel Rio Malecon where I stayed during spring break 2015. I ate there because it was convenient and was pleasantly surprised that their food is not only fresh and delicious but they take great pride in the presentation of each meal. For breakfast I had the machaca which was delicious... More

Literally stumbled onto this Jewel as we were working our way down to the Malaccan. It was early so not very busy and we decided to take a chance….am I glad we did. We ate there three time in the next four days. If you are in PV this is the best place for a great and affordable meal. Thank... More

Had a lovely breakfast here. Crepes with strawberries and poached eggs cooked to perfection. Tranquil setting and great service by Nivardo!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Rio and were fortunate enough to have such easy access to a wonderful restaurant like COEXIST bistro. The food and service were top notch and we always felt taken care of like we were family. Would love to send our personal thanks to Niva, Nacho, Benggi, and Jose. They made our stay... More

Stopped in to Coexist Bistro for a drink and a snack - and we were delightfully surprised by the tranquil setting, cleanliness and helpful service. Excellent margaritas and delicious guacamole in the middle of the afternoon. Many thanks to Ricardo, Moy and Sergio for making our short visit so memorable!

Each year we find ourselves staying longer in Puerto Vallarta. No matter how long we stay, we always make a point of stopping by the Coexist Cafe at least once/week, and are always introducing old and new friends to this, our favorite place to eat and drink while we're in town. Ricardo, Rigo and Sergio greet us and take care... More

We had passed this nice restaurant a number of times and finally stopped for dinner. The setting is pretty(there's a pool inside since it's attached to a hotel) and the meals was delicious. Our calamari was lightly breaded and the aolie sauce was good. My husband's steak was perfectly cooked and very tender and my pasta carbonara was creamy. I... More
