A Hidden Treasure!

We arrived in PV two weeks ago. We eat out twice a day and Casa Naranjo has been by far our most favorite and best meal in Puerto Vallarta. I had a sea bass dish and my husband had the shrimp served on top of spinach pasta. Both were as good as any dishes we have had at the Four... read more

Flight in from LA, just got back into town, it's noon and we are rattling our way up Cárdenas to the mercado and what do we see up in the sky but a miraculous apparition on the corner of Cárdenas and Naranjo: the sign reads Casa Naranjo again. We park, run back, and sure enough the sign on the door... More

After a brief change of venue and menu, Casa Naranjo has returned to its original namesake, a few new changes to the menu, but with the same family and it's tradition of excellent quality food, wonderful service, and lovely presentation. Please return to this lovely establishment and support its ongoing excellence in Puerto Vallarta dining.

Went to have some of the Naraja specials, it is now Italian food, tastes are good. Defiantly prefer the old menus! Add some of your old dishes, there are already too many so so Italian restaurants in PV!

This just changed cuisines but the change is awesome. This may be the best kept secret in PV. You should not miss the restaurant. The family, Mama, Papa and 2 sons do all the cooking and hard work and the results are awesome. This is not a tourist stop and that makes it even better. If you can only have... More

Hadn't eaten here in a couple of years. Always felt this restaurant was underrated due to it's location several blocks from the Malecon, yet the food seems excellent. They have switched to a Trattoria format and have surprisingly good Italian food for a restaurant that wasn't Italian before. They also have several meat and seafood choices. Had a great pizza,... Casa Naranjo is changing their concept to Trattoria Vallarta starting next Monday. Since starting operations in 2005, I'm thankful to have enjoyed so many quality dinners at Casa Naranjo while visiting Puerto Vallarta. We got to sample the ravioli and can't wait to see the new menu! Felicidades!

Nice little restaurant a bit away from the tourist crowd. We were able to just walk in and get a table. Not amazing ambiance but the food was some of the best we'd had in 2 weeks in the Bay of Banderas area. Attentive but not intrusive service.

This restaurant is in the Romantic Zone, a little removed from the tourist restaurants. The food is some of the best we'd found in PV, the service was excellent. They don't draw the crowds they should -- probably because of the location. But it is the perfect place for a special night out. It's a little more expensive, but worth... More

This is a clean, calm, comfortable place with good lighting and very nice food. I would definitely go back there.I loved the salads and the ravioli. Very clean and healthy food and nice atmosphere.
