The food was divine , the view fantastic and the staff superb. This would be one of the best restaurants I have dined at around the world. We were a group of eleven with different tastes and we all agreed this place is world class. And the prices are not high. The additional bonus was the lightning display! There wasn't... More

Hands down, my favorite dining experience ever! The view, the food and the service was fabulous. Luis Carlos and his staff were attentive in every manner. The food was absolutely fabulous ~ best dining experience in my many years of travels and dining out. Myself & four friends were celebrating our 50th birthdays in Puerto Vallarta. Luis went above and... More

I was in PV on my honeymoon this past week, and this was my favorite meal of all! Our servers Martin and Erik were so attentive and gave us a really wonderful experience. The food was beautiful and truly delicious! Definitely offer a cafe flameado with dessert...you'll be in for a real treat as they have an outstanding presentation. There... More

This place appears out of nowhere as you make the ascent up the hill overlooking all of Puerto Vallarta. Once inside, the incredible view is instantly apparent. Excellent service by the entire crew, and in particular by our waiter, Luis Carlos. The shrimp taquitos were so delicious as was the mahi mahi for the main course. Also, the desert was... More

The food and service at the Vista Grill were outstanding. The view of the city is like no other. The thing that made this restaurant really stand out for me was their sensitivity to gluten free foods. Gluten free dinners are highlighted right on the regular menu. The server seemed to have a good understanding of gluten free dining needs... More

The taquitos de camaron were a delicious appetizer, and came recommended by our excellent waiter Julian. For my main I had the chicken roulade, which was nicely presented and tasted good, though not in the same league as the taquitos. I skipped dessert, but the rest of my party enjoyed theirs and the large plate it was presented on. I’ve... More

It was crazy raining the night of our reservation but it was well worth the trip through the puddles and up the scary winding road. The view is stunning. The service was attentive and informative. The food was outstanding. there was nothing about this experience I did not like.

With a wonderful sunset as the backdrop we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Vista Grill. The service provide for us by, Julian, was attentive but not smothering. The food from, the appetizers to the deserts was delectable. the choices we both made were quite to our liking. The wine list offered a variety but not so large that making a... More

The food was really good and the view was gorgeous. We went at night time prior to the sun setting so we could enjoy the sunset and it is worth the view. It is a little pricey so if you aren't looking to spend a lot of money for dinner, you might have to pass this place up.

Spent an evening here as part of a group of 40+ people arranged for a special meal during a conference. Despite the fact that we were a group (which often means cold, uninspired food) the meal was delicious, from the savory collection of appetizers to the melange of seafood that constituted our entree. Margaritas were also tasty, though a bit... More
