Interesting concept, very good food!

The restaurant portion of this establishment is all white, while the upstairs bar portion is all black, it makes for an interesting contrast. Best restaurant in Vallarta, no doubt. Amazing food and beautiful decor. Yessi and Alex, our waiters, were so nice, friendly and quick, and made us feel really comfortable. Definitely the place to be anytime you visit Vallarta.

From start to finish the service was excellent. We met up with friends here so we took a lot of time between orders - the staff stood out of our way but remained ever attentive until we were ready to order. The menu changes daily, is a somewhat short list but covers every food group. Flavour and presentation of all... More

First, with an almost empty dining room, the hostesses were busy on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us until after a minute or so (10 seconds short of our walking out). When we were finally greeted, with a straight face, the hostess asked if we had a reservation. Again the dining room was practically empty at about 8PM. We... More

Well it wasn't that great. For appetizers we had a pop salad that had popcorn and a lot of bush. My daughter liked the popcorn. My mom had soup that was oily. I had a strawberry salad that the waiter said had blue cheese but it was Brie. My daughter loved her duck. My mom had this weird risotto with... More

We ate here with another couple we met at the resort and out children. The kids were 6, 8, 9 and 12. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the Hilton. The hotel made a reservation for us for 8:00. It was not very busy when we arrived, but quickly filled in. The staff spoke limited English, but with... More

The restaurant is visually spectacular. The food gustatorialy spectacular. My seared tuna was perfectly done. My wife's escolar was meaty and tasty. The service was excellent and, if it wasn't for Puerto Vallarta's other fine restaurants we'd eat here every night.

This is an avant guard restaurant in all white . White chairs, white tab,ES, white walls, white etc. the menu is usually limited to 5 or 6 salads or openers and 5 or 6 main dishes. The concept is eat what is fresh and available today. Bread comes in a white paper bag as does silverware etc. the food is... More

Wonderful food, with the dishes introduced by the chef/owner at our table. I didn't see a menu, but enjoyed everything I was served, from the soup to the seared tuna. Washed down with a bottle of the chefs own label red, offered as an alternative to a Rioja, the entire meal was a triumph.

This restaurant was amazing. With the gourmet style food in an elegant setting how could you not love it. We ate here twice during our vacation. We would highly recommend it!
