Fantastic mango margaritas, the best I've ad in Puerto Vallarta. Set right above the river In old town, you can watch the iguanas in the trees, and have fun with Carlos who will remember you the next time you visit. Good thin crust pizza when you're tired of Mexican food. They also have their own brand of tequila that they... More

This is a safe and clean gem of a restaurant steps from the market. It is a resting spot for me as my wife shops in the market and joins me later for lunch and drinks. The staff are always friendly and somehow they remember us every time we walk in. We make it a ritual every time we are... More

This is a stop we make every visit to Puerto Vallarta. We found it on our first visit many years ago when we were looking for a good drink and a clean bathroom (one of the cleanest anywhere!!!). The Owner is very friendly and the have a parrot that we like to see when we go back. He is free... More

We didn't really think we'd be eating pizza while in Mexico, so we decided to have the shrimp pizza ....WOW! it was great. The margaritas here are good too, and close to the market. The service is wonderful, very friendly. We'd love to go back. Heard and saw photos of karoke, so we might try that next.

Cafe Roma works with local kids and does great work for them. Their slogan "Life's too short for average food" unfortunately does not hold water. The beers are cold and priced fairly, but the food is at or below average for PT Vallarta. I had the chicken and it was amble and fairly priced. The large bun was well filled... More

Yeah, its worth going to Cafe Roma. I thought all the signs and decoration were fun and entertaining. It seems like they do some really cool stuff for and with the community. Honestly though, the food is only average. I recommend stopping in for a beer and maybe to share a pizza as a snack, maybe donate to the kids.... More

Stopped by after reading the reviews on trip advisor. The food was very good and there were two musicians playing guitar and singing. Fantastic atmosphere with friends. PS drop some money in the bucket to help out the kids that Cafe Roma supports. Mark

This is definately the place where Americans, Canadians and expats hang out. Not the BEST pizza I have ever had, but the atmosphere and fun that is had here more than makes up for it, especially during Kareoke. Not to mention that Fox and Cheryl do amazing things for the local kids.
