This restaurant is right next to Casa Dona Susana but, if not for Fernando pointing people in it's direction on Olas Altas would not be easy to come across. The owner, Tenor, was warm and inviting. Business was slow for this early in the season. I ate there twice, primarily for the size of the portions and the really reasonable... More

While strolling off the beaten path, we would have missed this restaurant, if it had not been for the employee who was encouraging patrons to his "best food in PVR"! In a very quiet setting in the Romantic Zone, we found the mahi mahi and Mexican platters to be very good. Better margaritas can be found elsewhere.

We tried this quaint little spot down a quiet side street in what appears to have been a garage at some point. We were in no hurry, so the slowness of service was not an issue. We were the only ones there until one other table was seated. When dinner arrived both of our meals were not even lukewarm and... More

Walking down Olas Atlas, and Fernando was out there trying to drum up business. We decided to try it, and weren't disappointed. It's at the base of a hill, and road pretty much stops at the restaurant. It was a nice garden like setting with the opening to the west. When we were there, the sun got a little roasty,... More

Looked like only one waiter working serving meals and drinks. When our meals came, they were cold. Rice was cold, refried beans were cold, shrimp luke warm, chile rellano cold and very little stuffing, also bitter tasting. No waiter anywhere. We did not finish our meals and I had to go find the waiter to pay our bill. Very disappointing.

A nice restaurant on a quiet side street. I had the whole grilled fish that was grilled exactly like I like it. Cooked, but not dried out. Very moist. I was able to pretty much leave only a pile of bones. Really like the free drinks offered by the street promoter. The location feels like a neighborhood PV restaurant. Prices... More

We dine at this rather quaint restaurant numerous evenings every trip to Puerto Vallarta. Tenor, the owner, provides great fish and shrimp dinners at rather reasonable prices. Every meal includes a drink(probably one of the best margaritas along Olas Altas). We'll be there again in a few weeks, and intend to spend our first dinner with Tenor. While there are... More

My husband and I ate here on our last trip to Puerto Vallarta in March 2010 several times and fell in love with the food, price, and service. We returned to Puerto this March 2012 and could not wait to eat here again. We were even all-inclusive at our hotel, but still ate here again several times again duirng our... More

This place was recommended to us by a lady from Canada who is a frequent visitor to PV. While looking for it, the owner was on Olas Altas asking people to visit. We ordered the whole red fish. It was prepared perfectly. Fully cooked, but not over cooked. The presentation was good and reasonable drink prices.

We were enticed by the owner on the street to come take a look. The place is at the end of the street, quiet and secluded. Don't expect something fancy (plastic chairs, open area near houses), but do expect great service, and very large portion sizes for great value. Tenor was the waiter, along with his family members who cleared... More
