As we were checking into our plane to leave, the lady gave us directions to go outside and over the walking bridge and you will see this restaurant. My husband ran over there and returned with 2 smoked marlin burritos(this is what the airline rep recommended). It came with a bag of green salsa-too hot for me, and 2 bags... More

Cross the foot bridge from the airport and find Tacon de Marlin. Not only will you get the best marlin burritas, the taxis are cheaper outside the restaurant than at the airport!!

After you check in at the airport take the pedestrian bridge from the airport over to this place. It's kinda like a Saturday Night Live episode...but it is the best taco ever! Wish we would have known about this when we arrived. Not much seating..but who cares!

Tacon de Marlin is a favorite amongst my friends and I. Their burritas are so flavorful, and their sauces are amazing. I personally like the shrimp burrita, but you get a choice of marlin, octopus, shrimp, or a combo of what you like. We normally order them to go and eat at home, as the place is not very inviting,... There was no food served on our planes (2 shorter flights is still along time), so we were hungry and wanted to eat before getting a taxi to Conchas Chinas. Turn left as soon as you exit the airport (ignore everyone telling you to get a taxi). Round the corner to take the pedestrian bridge. This restaurant is just on... More

This place is a MUST anytime I am in Vallarta. A tacón is basically a big burrito filled with goodness. I always get the shrimp one and it's fantastic every time. I will say it's a bit pricey... $95 pesos but the portion is huge. While you wait for your tacon you get a tiny veggie salad in some sort... More

My 8th trip to PV. How have I overlooked this place until now. It's Just over the pedestrian bridge at the airport. Decided to eat here on our departure. Let me just say this will be my first and last stop from here on out. The shrimp burrito was by far the best meal I had in PV. (And I... More

First meal we had in Puerto Vallarta and staying in a local area away from the tourist spots, frequented it on several occasions. Great food and friendly service. The smoked marlin tacos were out of this world!

Located right across the road from the airport via the pedestrian bridge. The menu is very simple, the prices are very reasonable, and the burritos are very fresh and taste amazing! I had the sea bass and shrimp burrito. I also love the cucumber salad they serve with it, as well as the relish with cucumbers, onions, and jalapenos. Will... More
