We had the pleasure of visting Teatro Limon last week. It was fantastic! I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta with my family for 15 years and this was the first time to Teatro Limon. It for sure will not be my last. This may actually be the best meal I have ever had anywhere in PV. Bruce and his staff... more

Five friends recently made our way down a VERY dark road to a hidden little jewel near the Walmart in Puerto Vallarta. Tetro Limon is a unique dining experience and my only suggestion is, other than allergies, allow Bruce and his amazing staff create a meal fit for a king - or queen! There is not a formal menu, rather... more

Once again, our theatrical experience at Teatro Limon was perfection. Greeted by YaYa and Julia, we were ushered to a front row table where we watched chef-owner Bruce finish a few dishes. Then he came over, met my 3 amigos who were virgins to his place and asked about likes and dislikes. He designed the menu for us. Wow, is... more

Loved the warm welcoming environment, and the concept of being able to watch and even have Bruce tell me what he was putting in things. I love to cook, and "taste by smell" and enjoyed this part of the meal. But then came the food.... Oh, my! The salad was a take off on a caprese salad, but there was... more

We went to Teatro Limon expecting a fantastic experience. During this trip we had eaten at Daiquiri Dick's, Hacienda San Angel, and Mestizo.....all of which were wonderful. Upon entering Teatro Limon we were greeted warmly by the hostess and chef. The decor is lovely and the service is good. However, the meal itself was disappointing, especially for the roughly $150... more

A couple of my chef friends back home have a tradition called a "feed me". You show up one night with a little advance notice and tell them "Chef, feed me.". The meal is a fixed price and he churns out courses that you might like or that he has wanted to try on cusotmers. This concept paired with the... more

I am not really sure if they words I put here can actual do justice to Bruce and his staff. When we arrived we were welcomed into the Bruce's restaurant with open arms as you would expect when visiting family or close friends. They made arrangements with our Taxis to have them arrive back in time to pick us up.... more

Well after reading all the reviews on this place, and seeing photos of the food on their web site, I selected this restaurant as the one I wanted for my birthday dinner. We had another couple with us, and my friend is maybe the pickiest eater on the planet. I told him what the deal is and asked if they’d... more

I am long overdue in writing this. Teatro Limon has becomethe first place we go to eat as soon as we get into Vallarta. Bruce always has a wonderful smile for you. I love that I don't have to look at a menu and decide what I want. Bruce just kneels down next to your table, asks if you have... more
