We reserved with Bruce at Teatro, but the day we were supposed to go, the road near his Restaurant was torn up, so he told us to come to his second Restaurant Anejo Limon. We did so, and Bruce was waiting on the curb for us when the Taxi drove up. Bruce is so personable. We had drinks together and... More

This is the 5th meal we have had at Teatro Limone and we are thrilled each time. Bruce and Julia have made an effort each time to assure both a fabulous meal and dining experience. We eat in New York City frequently, understand great food and dining experiences, and this is at the top. I only wish there was something... More

Our visits to Bruce and his "Teatro Limon" was the highligh of our last visit to P.V. On the arrival of the first of two visits in one week we were greeted like family by Bruce and his staff, it made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The ingredients, the way all of it was... More

This is truly a diamond in the rough. The way they play with the flavors and provide ultimate level of service and care, it makes you look at dining differently if you haven't experienced something similar before. This is an upscale place, don't go here thinking it will be cheap. Everything is 1st class and worth every peso! I have... More

Bruce Byng is, hand's down, the best chef in PV. Intimate dining with outstanding food and service. Wonderful wines (let him select for you...he knows his stuff). No menus, just whatever is the freshest available that day. Prepared to perfection, served with elegance. Make it a super-special occasion and go to Bruce's!!!

Very good food in an out of the way location-hard to find in the dark. Fix price menu. The owner spends a lot of time at you table tooting his horn. I found him overbearing hence the loss of a couple stars.

Previous reviews of Teatro Limon had us in a virtual frenzy of anticipation before our dinner there. The hype is not overblown, as it turned out. I'm sure if the restaurant was is the main tourist area, the place would be packed every night. However, it's located in a rather nondescript residential neighborhood, several blocks from the main thoroughfare through... More

We were treated to a dinner at Teatro Limon by friends. The owners Bruce and Julia were very attentive. 3 of our party had Rib eye that was fork tender, cooked to perfection. I had leg of lamb that was great. There were chef's in training on site and Bruce displayed and explained all he was preparing. We had a... More
