My husband and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary dinner. Excellent service from the minute we walked in the door, to the choice of table, which was pool side watching the sunset. Dinner menu was delicious and inventive which was different. Amazing choice of wines and drinks. waiter service is awesome! Quiet and relaxed atmosphere for an older group... More

Sophisticated, excellent food and excellent service. I enjoyed the spacing in the restaurant. There was lots of room between tables and a beautiful view.

Had a late dinner there and, even though it was off-season, the staff was great. Food was very, very good--dish with octopus, squid, clams, shrimp and something else I can't remember since I had the Mexican coffee afterwards. Wonderful presentation and funny, personable staff. it's a hotel restaurant but it didn't disappoint. Thank you!

We come to the Sheraton twice a year at Christmas and The 4th of July. This is our favorite place to come to for romance, excellent food, atmosphere and outstanding wines!!!!!!! The Sommelier is so knowledgeable and no hard sale on real expensive wines, wants to know your tastes and what you are eating and he goes from there? We... More

Elegant atmosphere, but we were surprised by the small serving size. We were not very hungry so only ordered an entree which we thought came with a side dish. The vegetable was only a smear for decoration. The shrimp were very tasty, and it was nice to have 3 preparations. We were rushed into ordering and did not have time to... More

Ocean and beach view, candles, palm trees, perfect March weather, sunset, elegance, great attention, although it took a little too long to take the order but then they were very receptive and made up for it. Great food and great company, what else can you ask for?

We have three little kids and is not easy to sit and have a good combination of great service, excellent food and we could got that at las Gaviotas, we were served by Ricardo and Edith who were very helpful and patient with our kids, they were concerned that they might not like the plates in the menu and offer... It is a nice and confortable restaurant, we had a table in the outdoors and got to see the sunset while reading the menu. We tried different plates from the menu, all are great but the best one is the camembert cheese for appetiser and the beef with fried jamaica, don´t remember the names but the taste sure I can... We had a nice time. I ordered mahi mahi and it was cooked properly, the only thing was that even with a sauce, it was rather bland and boring. MY hubby ordered a trio of prawns on mashed sweet potato- that was soo good! I wished i had ordered that. Oh well. Always a next time :0)

Food was very good. Coffee undrinkable. Desserts so-so selection and we were unimpressed with the "chocolate cigars". Chocolate filling was delicious but the phyllo pastry wrap made it very dry and not worth the calories for me.
