We have been to Angelina's twice since it opened at its new location this fall, and both times the food and service were flawless. One passes through a lovely foyer before entering a dining area that has been dramatically brought to life with hand-painted wall designs and lighting accents. We loved the beet carpaccio and mahi-mahi tiradito, but the greek... More

Angelina's Latin Kitchen has opened at its new location behind the Freeman Hotel (across the street from the Art Museum). The new location is wonderful! The atmosphere within is really nice with planked tables made from old, heavy wooden doors. Very nice decoration throughout. And, a large open kitchen along with a large full-service bar. The food selection offers something... More

Located by the ocean in Olas Altas, this place is great for viewing sunsets, watching people, and listening to the sound of nearby music (and traffic). Menu is refreshingly different. I chose the shrimp ravioli, small slightly spicy shrimp surrounded by thin stips of fresh pasta, topped with pomadoro and parmesean. This was delicious it itself and served with a very... More

The fish - tuna - was superior. Great treatment any way Angelina's prepares it. I'd say they could work on a Caesar salad for sure but probably my mistake to order. Soggy lettuce and too much bread! We look forward to a return trip. Nice menu with good variety. The location cannot be beat.

This place has amazing food combinations, mixing fine ingredients like you haven't had before, even the burger has a savoriness o the beef. Also it is a small kitchen so on a busy night it can take a while. This happened to us on one particular night and I canceled my pizza order because it took to long and I... More

We finally made it back to Angelina's this evening. We saw a beautiful sunset and had some great food. My husband and our friend had a good old fashioned hamburger and fries. Both really liked them. I had the warm spinach salad. It had sweet potatoes and pecans in it and a delicious warm dressing. I never feel like I... More

We love Angelina's. As residents of Mazatlan this is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh with a variety of wonderful flavors. Love the salads and pasta. Portabello Margarita is the best. Make this one of your stops on a trip to Mazatlan.

At lunch here twice and took one of their baguettes with us to the airport for lunch while we waited on our flight home. The place is small - and right on the sidewalk beneath the old Belmar hotel (Olas Altas). Service was good, prices excellent and the lunches were absolutely top notch. Only one drawback - we stopped for... More

Angelina's restaurant is my all time favourite place to eat in Mazatlan. My favourite meals are her gluten-free burger, and shrimp skewers with salad. If you want pasta you simply must try the ravioli, the rose sauce is divine. So many good choices to pick from. There is also a fantastic view as you can dine on the malecon and... More

However we found that the food was really poor on the night we went which was a Saturday. My husband had the ribs but they were really really tough and stringy. The flavor of the sauce was good but a real pain to eat. Finally he just gave up and left them. Certainly not fall off the bone. I had... More

Dear friends, I am so so sorry for your bad experience at my restaurant, this is not a common problem, so sorry this happened. Eventhough sometimes I am not there things has to be good anyway, so this is not a reason for a bad food. Cooks sometimes dont do their job good and this make me really mad. I... More
