Lunch with Penny

very nice place I would recommend it to anyone going out for a nice lunch ...I wouldn't say that the setting is good for dinner.

Well, we got talked into going back and trying Angelina's after a few failed attempts in past years. We were told how great the new location was and that they had hired some great chef. Well... The location is different, kind of funky. But the decor looks like no thought went into it. Instead it looks like somebody bought out... More

Went to Angelina's after sunset and as a "foodie" the food, preparation, quality and prices I found to be outstanding. Their Pesto sauce is fresh, I love the flat bread pizza as an appetizer, and add the house made Mango or Beet salsa each with infused with habaneros was to die for. The wine section was quite good and reasonable.... More

Other Tripadvisor reviews sent us to Angelina's. Not easy to find but worth the trip. We ate in the rear "court yard". It was quieter since there lots of gringos at the bar.

We went to Angelina's for Mother's Day and it was a very pleasant experience! The entire staff was so nice, from the very high spirited young hostess wearing a big smile to the nice gentleman that filled our water glasses. The brunch was delicious! My favorite are the pancakes.

We've been to Mazatlan every April for the last 6 years. We usually try to find a new restaurant every time we visit. This year, we checked out TripAdvisor and decided to go to Angelina's Latin Kitchen. It was the best food we've ever had in Mazatlan. On the way out, I made a comment to a woman who I... More

We took two buses and traveled over an hour to land at Angelina's. It was worth the trip. We were one of three tables enjoying a late lunch. They have the same menu for lunch and for dinner. And a healthy cocktail list as well as wine and several good beers on tap. We split a start of bruschettas and... More

Moving into the Machado area from the beach has made Angelina's one of the go to spots in Mazatlán. Great food and atmosphere for solo dining or with a crowd. Ice cold beer served in recycled Absolute bottles, cover music that still lets you have conversations, polite attentive waiters and of course Angelina herself make this location a home away... More

I told the family about this new location so they went and tried it. They loved the shrimp tacos. I then went a few days later and had a wonderful chicken dish. I was hoping to meet Angelina and got to. Great food and super service. A must visit.
