Enjoy a delicious breakfast here...and definitely try the house specialities (chiliquiles poblano is a good one). Cute room, gorgeous baked goods, and very tasty, well prepared menu options. Fresh, modern, yummy...and easy.

We ate at Allego Cafe & Bistro for breakfast on a Sunday. The culture here does not stir until later on a Sunday morning, so other than the local early risers, the restaurant was mostly comprised of Americans. The service was fast, the coffee really good and the waiters are somewhat conversant in English. Both dishes we ordered were just... More

Love Allegro. Great food, especially breakfast & sweet, and one of THE ONLY places that could be considered close to an American's or Canadian's expectation of take-out food (meaning, it actually takes 10 mins or less). But with this new season (2014), they've expanded and it seems they've gotten away from their roots as a neighborhood coffee shop and deli... More

We've had some delicious desserts from here walking home from the Machado, but when we came for breakfast one Sunday morning we discovered that they serve an excellent eggs bennie!

Having been in Mazatlan for an extended period of time I have had the pleasure of frequenting Allegro on a regular basis. Having tried almost all the breakfasts items and some of the lunch items I can tell you there is something for everyone (there are even a good number of vegetarian options)--you won't be disappointed. Additionally the coffee quality... More

A wonderful cup of coffee in a neat little cafe. Can sit inside or in the outdoor seating area. The staff are welcoming and pleased when you try your basic Spanish!

They have the best eggs benedict in town, along with several other ideas that are just as good. It's clean, staff is quick and helpful, coffee is always fresh.

We have been visiting Mazatlan for years and finally decided to go to the Allegro, wow were we impressed, I got the best cup of Chai Tea that I have ever had. We heard their desserts were awesome, we tried the Strawberry Cheesecake and the Lemon Pie (Limon). Absolutely incredible, we will definitely be back.
