Better come early for a seat at this popular caffe. You will find long table of nationals, especially ladies, lingering over their coffee and breakfast; lots of tourist finding a great breakfast, cars pulling up just to grab a cup of coffee......great food, wonderful smoothies and don't get me started on the deserts! My friend loves the "gringo waffle" .... More

I had eggs benedict, it was wonderful, my husband had scrambled eggs with bacon on the side, he really liked his too. The service was excellent, they were very busy, but still had the time to refill our coffee, which was very good also. I would recommend Allegro Café for to anyone who likes to start their day with a... More

Allegro Café has several locations in Mazatlan. Our favorite spot is in the Centro. The breakfast menu is varied and everything we've had is excellent. Our favorite is probably the Red or green chilaquiles with and egg or two. But so far everything is great. The lattes are very good, too as are the pastries. Service is very good.

Allegro is consistently a great place for breakfast, and is very popular. There is a nice patio, and reasonably quick/friendly service. I recommend the Huevos Rancheros, Chorizo Breakfast Wrap, or Eggs Benedict.

I cannot tell you how many times I have eaten at the Allegro Cafe. This is a very popular café, particularly in the morning when it is filled with groups of Mazatlan women and business men all meeting and greeting each other over coffee and breakfast or pastries. My all time favorite meal is the eggs benedict. I usually order... More

We arrived with a line out the door. Must be a good sign and it was. They had to open the restaurant next door to seat everyone. Simple breakfast, but very yummy. The latte was something I was missing from the USA and I got what I wanted here!

I like everything, the food specially the coffee. The cakes serving are so big that you don't need take a snack after that. The young server and cashier are all happy to help you and give a great service

An exceptional Eggs Benedict is hard to find in Mazatlan. I have had foamy Hollandaise, overly tart lemony Hollandaise and sauce that probably didn't even qualify as Hollandaise. Allegro's is perfect every time. Creamy, rich, delicious. The poached eggs can sometimes be slightly overpoached (I like my yolks very runny) so ask for soft yolks and hard whites. This year... I'm a bit of a coffee snob and this shop should be proud of it's baristas. We have enjoyed a meal and just a snack here and were very impressed. The carrot cake was fantastic, moist and not overly sweet. The eggs Benedict are fantastic!!

Enjoy a delicious breakfast here...and definitely try the house specialities (chiliquiles poblano is a good one). Cute room, gorgeous baked goods, and very tasty, well prepared menu options. Fresh, modern, yummy...and easy.
