This was to be our special dinner out on our trip to Mazatlan. I had eaten at this restaurant a year ago when it was in its former location. At that time I really liked the food. The new location in the centro historico is very nice. The service was prompt, professional but a bit stuffy. The appetizer was OK... More

Having eaten at the old location I was a fan of the Food and View. The new location may not have the view but it is one of the nicest restaurants in town and the food is very good, as always. This is a don't miss for me whenever I'm looking for a classy place to have dinner ,or just... More

This is a classy, friendly restaurant with a touch of NY but the friendliness of small town USA. Good menu, reasonable prices and delicious food. Very friendly staff (third time I've used the word friendly). Enjoy.....

We visited for lunch. Was not crowded and didn't have a reservation. Lunch was very good. We shared the hamburger and the filet sandwich. Both had great flavor. We will definitely go back again.

Our group of six began the evening enjoying excellent conversation with fine wine in a lovely setting enhanced with atmospheric live music. A magical experience was within our grasp Then ........ our dinners were served. In the end six disappointed diners (four different entrees, all lacking) slogged out of the Waters Edge Bistro. Those who finished having coffee with cream... More

My visit to the Waters Edge Bistro yesterday was memorable for 2 reasons, the age of the building is estimated circa 1850, and the quality of the wine. Now having said that I have to emphasise that it is difficult if not impossible to find quality wines in restaurants in this town. Imagine my delight in being served an excellent... More

Miss the water view but nice job with building. Food is good. We had large group. Make reservations. Sea bass in season and was good. Desserts were only issue. All seemed similar texture content. Out of one we wanted. Will be back and thumbs up!!
