Incredible Fish and Chips

The red snapper was lightly breaded and deep fried. It was quite thick and melted in your mouth. I thought my favourite fish and chips was in Scotland, but now I've changed my mind. The restaurant is also in a nice location right on the ocean. There is quite a bit of traffic between you and the... read more

What a good find! Not far from El Cid Marina and by far the best seafood I've had in Mazatlan. Not only that, but 32oz Negra Modelo on tap. What more could you ask for?

We were in Mazatlan for two months and ate numerous times at both restaurants. Olas Altas Fish Market is right on the Malecon and a perfect seat to watch the beautiful sunsets. The other restaurant is right across the street from Pueblo Bonito Gold Zone. They have an excellent selection of a variety of sea foods. The service is very... More

We dined at this restaurant last night and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the big Kahuna shrimp. It was excellent, the shrimp were large, plump and juicy and the mango, coconut sauce had just the right amount of heat and sweetness without overpowering the shrimp itself, the other two had grilled fish and both enjoyed them.

I ate out every day/night on my recent trip to Mazatlan, and this was one of my favorite spots. I had such a great lunch, that I went back again the next day for more! Staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food was excellent. This was the location across from Pueblo Bonito. The Mahi-Mahi sandwich was one of the best... More

Ate here a couple of nights ago. Would not go back. Cerviche was just okay as well as our shrimp entrée and fish entrée. Price was reasonable but nothing about the experience would send me back to the restaurant.

Before I get to the review, I should note that the location indicated by the TripAdvisor map is waaaaaay off - about a mile and a half off. As others have noted (and I should have paid more attention to), the restaurant is across the street and a bit to the north of Pueblo Bonita- walking distance to our hotel,... More

We ate at the location across from Pueblo Bonito 3 times. The fish is grilled with a nice spice rub, not greasy at all. Topolo's and El Aljibe downtown have better fish in a sauce, but for straight grilled fish, this is very good.

We have eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed. The service is good, staff are quietly friendly and the food is great. An excellent choice for fish lovers. Sorry that there is no meat on the menu. Their fries are among the best we have had here in Mazatlan and the tuna is cooked to perfection.
