Watch the waist line here!!!!

Excellent bread and buns. Cranberry/nut sourdough to Faccacia, cinnamon buns, etc and when you purchase they are still warm.

I was expecting so much more from this place. Several friends had recommended this place and I had high expectations. Don't get me wrong, everything I tasted was ok, but nothing was superb or makes me want to go back in the future. I went there with a family and we decided to order about 4 appetisers and 3 entree... Hector has moved his wonderful restaurant over next door to his bakery. He was a chef at the Four Seasons, London England, has come home to Mazatlan. Great food and atmosphere at his new location, more romantic, full bar. Food is made from everything fresh he can buy. Reservations recommended. Very popular with the locals, Mexicans, Snowbirds and ex-pats who... More

Great bakery, but frustrating when they are out of so many items. But we keep going back to try! We live within walking distance of the place. The owner knows his food and everything is fresh although very pricey for the quantity.

Our hotel concierge recommended this restaurant and what a find! It is a small and unpretentious space but it's all about the food! The bistro has a small bar as well. It's my understanding they will be moving to a larger space down the street this next week. The dishes were outstanding beginning with the antipasto and fresh baked bread.... More

Always a great time visiting with Hector. Fresh food, great wine, and desserts to share & fork fight for the last bite. We have been for lunch and dinner, serve was always 5 stars.

Really great sourdough, roast beef sandwich, cinnamon rolls. Nice cozy, trendy atmosphere. They could use some more seating, though. Will be back!

What a lovely surprise we found on our recent trip to Maz. We vaguely knew Molika had good reviews but what we found exceeded our expectations. The food was fabulous, from the pork my husband got to my salmon to my daughters pasta and sandwich - it was all perfect. Dessert was not to be missed! The service was spot... More

We just had dinner there tonight and the food was outstanding. We did not have a reservation (big mistake) but the owner/chef accomodated us nonetheless (type: make a reservation--especially if you want to dine after 7pm). The atmosphere at this very small space is nice in a Bistro sort of way, you will not mistake this for El Presidio or... More

We love Mazatlan and visit 1-2 times/year. This time, we went downtown to Molika on advice of the hotel manager. Although the restaurant has the ambience of a dark deli, the food and service were outstanding. We had the pork chop and the mahi-mahi; both were great. The desserts, of course, are really good and baked right on site! Our... More
