Amazing Food & Service!!

The Zarapes signature dish was THE BEST Mexican food ever consumed, and our waiter (Gabariel) was just THE BEST as well! ,

Stopped in for dinner last nigh. It was a little quiet not to many people but we we had heard it was good food. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and given the best seat in the house. The food was more than just good and the service was absolutely amazing. They made our salsa and guacamole fresh at... More

Food is great, also the wait staff. They do things to entertain young children and the adults. They also have Mexican dancers.

We first went to Los Zarapes to get the freshly made guacamole and salsa at our table. Two of us do not like onions in our guac and two do. So there you have it! The guacamole was delicious as was the salsa and I'm not even wild about tomatoes! The seasoning was wonderful especially in the salsa with the... More

Love to eat here. They start you out with salsa made right at your table and this year we learned to order it muy picante, it did have a kick to it. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our meals I had the Imperial shrimp which were done perfectly and my wife had chicken fajitas. Service is excellent with... More

We loved Los Zarapes! From the moment you walk in you are treated like family. As in almost every restaurant in Mexico complimentary salsa and chips are served. At Los Zarapes this authentic salsa is made right at your table in a molcajete. Other items offered prepared at the table are the guacamole and melted cheese. Both worth trying. The... More

Regular spot for us in Mazatlan. The wait staff is outstanding, from you waiter/waitress to the guy making you salsa, they all make it a show...and he will ask if you want the salsa gringo style (mild) or local style (hot). The food and drinks are both good. The reason we go back is good food at a very reasonable... More

Grilled shrimp were delicious as was my hubby really enjoyed the whole grilled red snapper. We also enjoyed the delicious bananas flambe. They also had a young couple doing traditional dancing and a young gal that had an amazing and powerful voice. What a great evening!

We had a good experience at Los Zarapes. Located in the north end of the Golden Zone, this second-story restaurant has a great atmosphere and decor, with some outdoor and plenty of indoor seating. While the menu has many offerings, it’s not deep in the typical Mexican food (burritos, enchiladas, etc.) That does not matter however, because if you want... More
