We caught an early bird two for one ribs dinner that was excellent. The restaurant has several different areas for seating, was a bit loud, but the service, as in all of Mazatlan was very good.

Was told this was the best Mexican restaurant to visit. There were only 2 tables occupied, besides ours, the food was nothing special, but the portions were adequate, and the prices were a little high. Would not return.

We needed early ( 5pm) dinner New Years Eve and found a lot of restaurants either closed until later or reservations required. We chanced upon Los Zarapes who welcomed us with fresh salsa made tableside in lava bowl and we knew we were in a great place! We moved on to tableside guacamole and then shared the mouthwatering ribs. We... More

By chance we had dinner at Los Zarapes on a Monday night and discovered a restaurant that not only serves good food at reasonable prices it also serves great entertainment during dinner (6pm-8pm). Melissa Burridge was singing songs by Linda Ronstadt and Carol King and was accompanied by an accomplished guitarist. It was great. For dinner we started with salsa... More

We always visit at least once on our yearly trip, so we can enjoy the Molcajete. We like the mixed meat version, and share one per couple. Also the table side salsa and guacamole are terrific. Round out your meal with a couple of margaritas on the rocks with Don Julio tequila. Kinda reminds me of a big chain restaurant... More

They consistently have good food, entertainment, and atmosphere when I visit Mazatlan. Last time I had the surf and turf and it was excellent. Great for families and fun.

What a wonderful, entertaining restaurant, bar and grill. The food was excellent both times we visited and the entertainment even better. Dancers and magic shows both times we visited made for wonderful dinner entertainment. Wait staff very eager to serve and never too far out of site.

Our dear friends bought us dinner here as a celebration. I had the Cabreria filet and my wife had the chicken brochettes. Very good! Luis and his son stopped by our table to visit and we got to talk. Gabby was our waiter and he is one of the best. Table side salsa made just the way you like it.... More

Restaurant had live music which made it very loud and crowded. The food was good, but not as good as we've had in previous years. One of the people at the table did not receive his order, but was charged for it. When told, they removed it from the bill. We've gone there every year for the past 6, but... More

Located above a souvenir shop, this restaurant has a birds eye view of the street below. Both indoor and outdoor dining options are provided. Traditional Mexican food is a strong point, but I prefer their Kabobs. We have had good experiences here for the last several years and look forward to our next visit.
