We walked to the restaurant from our resort on the beach after sunset. When we ordered a Corona and Margarita they gave us 2 of each as its happy hour every evening. The food was excellent (one of the best I ever had). the price is very fair compare to Canada.excellent experience overall.

We first visited last year on the recommendation of someone at our resort. After our first visit, we went back 3 more times that trip! This year we will have been 4. It is a short ride from Pueblo Bonito Emerald bay on a beautiful stretch of beach. The drinks are always 2 for 1 (and cheap even if it... More

We recently stayed at the Riu Emerald Bay, and walked twice to dine at this restaurant! The location was great, as were the Strawberry Margaritas! The Mr Lionso tequila is the smoothest I've ever had! The food was good, and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed it. It would have been a five star review, but one of our... More

Excellent sea food, loved the shrimp and lobster. The taste was far superior to the farm raised shrimp we get in the states. We had a party of 4, 2 rounds of drinks, and 4 dinners with lobster for $600 pesos, or about $48US. Excellent find.

The lobster and shrimp dinner was $25, the ambience was perfect and a walk down the beach from the Riu. Isaac is an excellent waiter and we returned 4 times in 2 weeks. Try the coffee as it was the only wonderful coffee I had in Mazatlan. Worth the trip. Buy some stainless steel jewellry from the wonderful family in... More

Nothing but a little dive of a restuarant on the beach, but the food was fresh and fantastic. Free wifi, fresh coconut water in the shell, and then the waiter cut open the coconut in half and served the coconut meat with lime and salt on the fresh chunks of soft, white fruit in the shellbowl. We went back twice... More

Recommend Coconut and breaded shrimp. Best time to go if you like dancing is Sunday night. Happy hour every night from 5 to 10. Reserve on Sunday. Try the almond tequila.

We had a bounty of fish from our fishing trip that needed cooked up and since our timeshare had a not-so-decent restaurant, we decided to take our fish to Mr. Lionso's. WORTH IT!! Our timeshare restaurant cooked our fish one day for $85 pesos/person. Mr. Lionso's did it BETTER and for cheaper (60 pesos a person). The food was AMAZING.... More
