Good food but a little pricy, great service, pool service amazing, especially Louis. So nice to have a cheer full waiter serve you and keep you smiling throughout the day. Must say not the best Thanksgiving dinner I have ever had, was cold and nobody seemed to care.

We live in Mazatlan most of the time and are frequent visitors (3-4 times a week) to Papagayo's Restaurant. The food is always fresh, well prepared, and the presentation is fantastic! It does not matter what time of day we are there the food and service are alway excellent. The waiters often tell us "this is your kitchen" and if... More

Whether you sit outside, under the pallapa. or inside the restaurant, you're in for a treat with brunch at Papagayo's at the Inn at Mazatlan. The cooked-to-order eggs and omelettes are outstanding, and the wide array of cereals, juices, and sweet rolls and pastries will meet the highest expectations. There's music, too, making the brunch pretty special.

The dining was wonderful, regardless of the meal. There is also a frequent buffet served with the same great food and even more besides. On the weekends, Fidel hosts a karaoke party in the bar area which was a lot of fun, whether you are a singer or not, and during the week leads a water aerobics class that was... More

The workers make it a very pleasant experience. The waiters and kitchen staff will do anything to please you. They made our entire week pleasurable. We have been going there every October, for 30 years and will continue to go there!!!

We stayed a week at the Inn At Mazatlan and were expecting the restaurant there to be like many other hotel restaurants - overpriced with mediocre food. But we were pleasantly surprised. The food is quite good, and very reasonably priced. The food is more toward typical American tastes - not too spicy - but well prepared. You can eat... More

Ate here twice. We enjoy local cuisine. If you want to avoid extremes, this will do you well. Location and venue good, cuisine unchallenging.

The restaurant directly in our resort, Inn at Mazatlan, was fantastic! Friendly service, excellent food, group of 8 and everyone like their meal at every visit!

Excellent food and service prices are the same than the restaurants outside of the hotel. One of the best thing beside the food is the view having breakfast or lunch setting by the sea is amazing.
