If you like shrimp, don't miss it

Great little resturant that serves some great shrimp cooked many ways. They are prawn size. Really good Pina Coledas, too

Locals told me of this great place. I even understand that John Wayne used to eat here. This is Mexico. This is fresh. This is good. I highly recommend

The setting is gorgeous-great sunset viewing. All the shrimp dishes are fabulous. We only eat shrimp here as we are never disappointed. Try the Spanish Fish grilled with olive oil, parsley and lime served over twice cooked roasted potatoes(order right away as it takes time to prepare. Modelo on draft $15 pesos-can't beat that. Service is excellent. Also, try their... More

I have read a lot of reviews about El Shrimp Bucket. We went on a city tour and they stopped here for lunch toward the end. We sat outside on the sidewalk which was our first mistake. There are 2 rows of tables and all the general sidewalk traffic walks between the 2 rows, one of which is street-side. Since... More

I went there 2 times in October 2011 while attending a friend's wedding. We had breakfast and lunch there. For breakfast I had machaca tacos (typical fron Northern Mexico made of dry meat), coffee, pastries and juice and it was only 4USD! For lunch I had shrimp quesadillas and a beer for about 10USD...Can't beat that price! I have known... More

When ordering a bucket selection of shrimp, (normaly large and good) insist on fresh cooked shrimp and not reheated, oily, shrimp. be sure to count also. Not sure if management or cook staff are responsable for bad servings, but has happened on at least three sittings. Breakfast is good and can sit on the sidewalk tables early in the morning.... We went for an early walk around town when it was cool and thought that we would stop for a meal somewhere with an ocean view. We noticed that they advertise the Sunday buffet starting at 7 AM so we checked out some of the area and came back at 7 AM. We walked in and could tell that they... More
